You will lead our go-to-market strategy, messaging, and solution storytelling across the rapidly accelerating world of AI with a strong focus on helping retailers, marketplaces, consumer brands, and digital commerce companies accelerate AI innovation on the Nebius AI Cloud. </p><p>This is a senior individual contributor role critical to shaping how Nebius is positioned at the intersection of AI cloud infrastructure and modern retail AI workloads. You will develop solution narratives across AI-powered shopping assistants, personalization and recommendations, intelligent search and product discovery, catalog enrichment, merchandising, supply chain optimization, computer vision, and agentic commerce. </p><p>You will drive awareness, adoption, and category leadership by translating Nebius' technical capabilities into clear, differentiated solution stories and customer proof points. Working closely with product management, sales, enablement, alliances (including NVIDIA and the broader retail AI ecosystem), and the marketing organization, you will help accelerate pipeline, customer adoption, and revenue growth. </p><p>This role is ideal for someone who can operate strategically, execute quickly, and enjoys building from 0→1. </p><p>You are welcome to work remotely from the United States with preferred locations in East and West Coast of United States, or UK. </p><p><strong>Responsibilities </strong> </p><ul><li>Define solution positioning and value propositions for AI-driven Retail and e-commerce workloads on the Nebius AI Cloud and Inference Platform. Build solution blueprints and use-case narratives across agentic commerce, demand forecasting, personalization, visual product search, etc. </li></ul> <ul><li>Create messaging frameworks, pitch decks, objection-handling guidance, competitive battlecards, and sales tools to accelerate seller velocity. </li></ul> <ul><li>Translate technical outcomes into compelling business value narratives and ROI. </li></ul> <ul><li>Develop high-impact assets, including solution briefs, demo narratives, field playbooks, event presentations, webinars, and executive thought leadership. </li></ul> <ul><li>Enable sales teams and partners to confidently position Nebius across Retail &amp; Commerce AI use cases. </li></ul> <ul><li>Partner with demand generation to drive industry pipeline campaigns and event activations. </li></ul> <ul><li>Lead joint solution marketing initiatives with key ecosystem partners, including NVIDIA, ISVs, data platforms, and Retail and E-Commerce technology partners </li></ul> <ul><li>Support PR, analyst relations, and industry influencer engagements; contribute to category-definition research and thought leadership </li></ul> <ul><li>Partner closely with GTM, product, alliances, customer success, and marketing teams to drive measurable business impact </li></ul> <p><strong>Qualifications </strong> </p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree required; MS, MBA, or other advanced degree preferred. </li></ul> <ul><li>10+ years of experience in solution marketing, product marketing, industry marketing, or technical GTM roles in Retail and E-commerce, AI/ ML Platforms and Cloud infrastructure or data platform </li></ul> <ul><li>Strong understanding of modern retail and digital commerce, including customer experience, merchandising, product discovery, search, personalization, supply chain, inventory optimization, or AI-driven commerce workflows. </li></ul> <ul><li>Strong storyteller with the ability to translate complex technical workflows into clear, compelling messaging tailored to executive, buyer, and practitioner audiences. </li></ul> <p>We offer competitive salaries, base ranging from $15000,000 to $187500 plus bonus and equity based on your experience. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&amp;D.</p><h2>The role</h2> <p>Nebius is seeking an Internal Controls Business Partner to support critical finance and corporate processes, initially including Tax, Treasury and HR. </p><p>Sitting within our Internal Control function, you will work closely with senior process owners as an embedded risk partner, helping translate SOX, financial reporting and governance requirements into practical and sustainable ways of working. </p><p>This role goes beyond traditional controls administration and audit coordination. You will combine strong internal controls expertise with meaningful in-house business experience. You will help teams identify risk, design and implement effective controls, resolve deficiencies and improve their processes through technology, automation and data. </p><p>The successful candidate will be able to speak the language of the business, internal controls, financial reporting and external auditors. You will provide credible challenge while remaining pragmatic, hands-on and focused on helping the business operate effectively. </p><p><strong>Your responsibilities will include:</strong> </p><ul><li>Act as the primary risk and controls partner for assigned functions, initially including Tax, Treasury, HR and other corporate processes as the organization develops. </li><li>Develop a detailed understanding of the relevant business processes, systems, financial reporting risks and operational priorities. </li><li>Lead process risk assessments and maintain high-quality risk and control matrices, process narratives, control descriptions and ownership documentation. </li><li>Partner with process and control owners to design practical controls that address identified risks without creating unnecessary operational complexity. </li><li>Guide business owners on control execution, evidence requirements and documentation while ensuring that accountability remains with the relevant first-line owner. </li><li>Lead and support SOX walkthroughs, audit-readiness activities, evidence coordination and the evaluation of control design and operating effectiveness. </li><li>Identify control deficiencies, facilitate root-cause analysis and work with stakeholders to develop sustainable remediation plans. </li><li>Monitor remediation progress and provide clear reporting on control health, risks, overdue actions and emerging issues. </li><li>Work closely with Financial Reporting, Internal Audit, external auditors and external advisers to align expectations and resolve control-related questions efficiently. </li><li>Represent the business context in audit discussions and translate auditor requirements into clear, proportionate and actionable steps for process owners. </li><li>Support business transformations, new system implementations, process redesigns, acquisitions and other strategic initiatives from a risk and controls perspective. </li><li>Identify opportunities to automate controls, reduce manual effort and improve continuous monitoring through data, dashboards, workflows and AI-enabled tools. </li><li>Partner with the IT Controls team where business controls depend on automated controls, system-generated information, EUCs, IPEs, IUCs or underlying ITGCs. </li><li>Contribute to the continued development of Internal Controls methodology, policies, training and the broader Risk Partner operating model. </li></ul> <p><strong>We expect you to have:</strong> </p><ul><li>A degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. </li><li>At least 7 years of relevant experience in internal controls, SOX compliance, financial risk, business-process controls, finance transformation or a combination of these areas. </li><li>Strong practical knowledge of SOX 404, ICFR, COSO, risk and control matrices, process walkthroughs, control design, operating effectiveness and deficiency remediation. </li><li>Meaningful in-house experience is required. The team develops tools that automate infrastructure deployment, server operations, network management, and logistics workflows across global data center environments.<br><br>This role is part of the wider infrastructure and operations organization and works closely with engineering teams responsible for cloud infrastructure, deployment automation, and production operations.</p><h2>The role</h2> <p>We are seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer – User Interface to design and build internal platforms that support automation and operational management across Nebius data centers and GPU cloud infrastructure.<br><br>This is a highly autonomous role focused on developing reliable, scalable user interfaces for infrastructure-heavy environments.
