About Nebius:

Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.

Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.

Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.

The role

Nebius is looking for a Public Affairs Leader to serve as the number two on our public affairs team, working directly under the VP of Public Affairs with real authority over a growing team and an expanding set of markets. You will be the operational lead for our North American state and local engagement work, managing a field team, driving community strategy, and stepping in wherever the work needs you.

Nebius takes a community focused approach that sets us apart in the market. Communities have real concerns about land use, water, power, and local economic impact, and the companies that earn trust early move faster and build better. This role sits at the center of that effort.

You will start with three direct reports placed across active markets, with the team growing as our pipeline expands. You will have communications and marketing support, a strong story to tell about Nebius's approach, and direct access to the VP to help shape strategy, not just carry it out.

Your responsibilities will include:

Lead the field team

  • Manage and develop a team of three market-based public affairs professionals, as new markets come online.
  • Set priorities, coach performance, and ensure field staff have the support and strategy they need to be effective on the ground.
  • Serve as the deputy to the VP of Public Affairs — covering decisions, representing the function internally, and stepping in as needed.
  • Manage relationships with outside consultants and government relations firms across markets.

Drive community engagement strategy

  • Develop and execute the community engagement playbook across active markets, from initial project introduction through construction and operations.
  • Represent Nebius externally before local elected officials, planning boards, public town halls, and community open houses.
  • Identify risks early — political, regulatory, community — and develop mitigation strategies before they become blockers.
  • Support and guide Nebius's community investment programs, including local education and workforce initiatives.

Work across the company

  • Partner closely with legal, infrastructure, communications, and marketing teams to coordinate messaging and stakeholder strategy around specific projects.
  • Translate complex policy and community dynamics into clear, actionable briefings for senior leadership.
  • Track political and regulatory developments across North American markets, surfacing issues and opportunities relevant to our build-out.

What Success Looks Like – Year One

  • The field team is stable, well-managed, and operating with a consistent engagement approach across markets.
  • Community trust is established in active markets, with permits and social operating license secured where needed.
  • A repeatable community engagement playbook is in place and being used by the team.
  • You've built the relationships internally to be an effective deputy — legal, infrastructure, and comms teams see you as a go-to partner.

We expect you to have:

  • 7–10 years of public affairs, communications and/or community engagement work
  • Hands-on experience with developing infrastructure and engaging communities
  • Experience working in or alongside a fast-moving company or startup environment; comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
  • Proven ability to manage a team and outside consultants.
  • Data center, energy, or other large-scale infrastructure experience strongly preferred

How you work:

  • A relationship-builder: credible and comfortable in rooms with everyone from a neighbor to the Mayor, company executives, and project antagonists
  • A clear communicator: you translate complexity into crisp executive summaries and briefings that decision-makers can actually use.
  • A self-starter that can independently work towards key objectives, set goals and achieve them.
  • Collaborative across functions: you work naturally with legal, comms, and business teams rather than operating in a silo.
  • Solutions-oriented: when you surface a problem, you bring a recommended path forward.

Key employee benefits in the US:

  • Health insurance: 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and families.
  • 401(k) plan: Up to 4% company match with immediate vesting.
  • Parental leave: 20 weeks paid for primary caregivers, 12 weeks for secondary caregivers.
  • Remote work reimbursement: Up to $85/month for mobile and internet.
  • Disability & life insurance: Company-paid short-term, long-term and life insurance coverage.

Pay Transparency

We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, the level at which the candidate is hired, and geographic location, consistent with applicable law.

Base Compensation Range

$150,000—$187,500 USD

Benefits & Perks:

  • Competitive compensation
  • Career growth and learning opportunities
  • Flexibility and ownership
  • Collaborative and innovative culture
  • Opportunity to work on impactful AI projects
  • International environment and talented teams

<h2>We're building a new healthcare clearinghouse</h2><p>Stedi is building the first new healthcare clearinghouse in decades. In the healthcare sector, the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) requires that all insurance payers exchange transactions such as claims, eligibility checks, prior authorizations, and remittances using a standardized EDI format called X12 HIPAA. Clearinghouses process the majority of these transactions, offering consolidated connectivity to carriers and providers. Until Stedi, the space was occupied entirely by a small group of legacy players, built on outdated, often pre-internet technology.</p><p>Stedi is the world's only programmable healthcare clearinghouse. By offering modern API interfaces alongside traditional real-time and batch EDI processes, we enable both healthcare technology businesses and established players to exchange mission-critical transactions. Our clearinghouse product and customer-first approach have set us apart. Stedi was <a href='https://ramp.com/data/top-saas-vendors-on-ramp-march-2026'><u>ranked by Ramp</u></a> as one of the fastest-growing SaaS vendors.</p><p>We have lightning in a bottle: engineers and designers shipping products week in and week out; a lean business team supporting the company’s infrastructure; passion for automation and eliminating toil; $142 million in funding from top investors like Stripe, Addition, USV, Bloomberg Beta, First Round Capital, and more. To learn more about how we work, watch our founder Zack’s <a href='https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IO6sR-i5rSs'><u>interview with First Round Capital</u></a>.</p><h2>What we’re looking for</h2><p>Stedi is the world’s only API-first clearinghouse. By offering modern connectivity for verifying insurance coverage, processing claims, and ingesting payment reconciliations, healthcare technology companies can focus on optimizing provider and patient experience without the burden of building around dated legacy interfaces.</p><p>Stedi is looking for an Account Executive with a track record of exceeding targets selling to healthcare providers. As an AE, you will focus on hunting and closing new opportunities for our SMB provider segment - a high-velocity motion with a high volume of deals moving in parallel. As an early member of our sales team, you’ll have the opportunity to have an outsized impact on our business and your career as we rapidly scale.</p><h2>What you'll do</h2><ul><li><p>Identify and work new opportunities across SMB healthcare providers. You'll build trust and rapport, generate interest, and create a sense of urgency.</p></li><li><p>Run a high-volume motion. You'll carry a large number of concurrent opportunities, maintain a high daily activity bar across calls, demos, and follow-ups, and consistently move deals to close on short cycles.</p></li><li><p>Communicate compelling business cases for prospects and bring in product specialists or sales engineers to a deal when needed.</p></li><li><p>Build and manage a pipeline from initial outreach to close, and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals</p></li><li><p>Maintain operational excellence in HubSpot</p></li><li><p>Understand customer needs and requirements; communicate the business impact of Stedi’s product offerings to key decision makers at a customer’s executive level</p></li><li><p>Collaborate closely with the Product and Customer Success to contribute to a strategy that bolsters Stedi’s business and sets customers up for success</p></li></ul><h2>Who you are</h2><ul><li><p><strong>You have a history of sales excellence. </strong>You’re innately competitive with a track record of exceptional sales performance amongst your peers. You have 3-6 years of experience.</p></li><li><p><strong>You've sold to healthcare providers.</strong> You've carried a quota selling into provider organizations - practices, specialty groups, billing companies, RCM firms, MSOs, or similar - and you understand how they think about claims, reimbursement, and getting paid. You've sold to practice owners, office and billing managers, IT, finance, and/or revenue cycle leadership.</p></li><li><p><strong>You are exceptional at staying on top of many open threads simultaneously. </strong>You are hyper-responsive, organized, and thorough. You almost never drop balls. You’re relentless about driving efficiency.</p></li><li><p><strong>You do what it takes to get the job done. </strong>You act like an owner and don’t wait to be told what to do. No task is too small to find success, generate revenue, and deliver value for our customers.</p></li><li><p><strong>You have experience selling B2B SaaS. </strong>You’ve sold complex B2B software virtually and have mastered the tools and technologies required to do so.</p></li><li><p><strong>You’re a natural problem solver with exceptional “clock speed”.</strong> You build trust and rapport quickly, can analyze a prospect’s business needs then lead them to a solution over the course of a demo call. You’re comfortable diving into technical concepts with executives.</p></li><li><p><strong>You move fast</strong>. We move fast as an organization. This requires an ability to match our pace and not get lost by responding with urgency (both externally to customers and internally to stakeholders), communicating what you are working on, and proactively asking for help or feedback when you need it.</p></li></ul><p><strong>We’ve been made aware of individuals impersonating the Stedi recruiting team. </strong>Please note:</p><ul><li><p>All official communication about roles at Stedi will <strong>only come from an @</strong><a href='http://stedi.com'><strong>stedi.com</strong></a><strong> email address</strong>, or from our official identification verification partner, Persona, @<a href='http://frompersona.com'>frompersona.com</a>.</p></li><li><p>If you’re unsure whether a message is legitimate or have any concerns, feel free to <strong>contact us directly at</strong> <a href='mailto:[email protected]'><strong>[email protected]</strong></a><strong>.</strong></p></li></ul><p>We appreciate your attention to this and your interest in joining Stedi.</p><p><em>At Stedi, we're looking for people who are deeply curious and aligned to our ways of working. Generalists who have carried multiple tax disciplines are strongly preferred over narrow specialists.</p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience implementing or administering a tax engine and integrating it with an ERP.</p></li><li><p>Working knowledge of ASC 740 tax provision and the corporate compliance cycle, from estimates through the annual return.</p></li><li><p>Foreign or international tax experience, ideally including Canadian tax (GST/HST, provincial sales tax) and direct interaction with the Canada Revenue Agency.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency with tax research platforms (Checkpoint, Bloomberg Tax, or CCH) and the ability to research tax law independently and turn findings into documented, defensible filing positions.</p></li><li><p>Strong organization and self-sufficiency; you can run a full tax function as a team of one and prioritize across competing deadlines.</p></li><li><p>Foreign or international tax experience, ideally including Canadian tax and direct interaction with the CRA.</p></li><li><p>A track record of advising cross-functional partners (Finance, Product) and influencing decisions with clear, practical guidance.</p></li><li><p>CPA (or CPA, Ontario / equivalent) preferred but not required.</p></li></ul><p><br><strong>Why Join Us</strong></p><p>At Wrapbook, creativity meets technology — and not just in the product.</p><p>In addition to a competitive salary and all the benefits you can expect from a fast-growing technology company, you’ll get access to a team of creative problem solvers and the chance to see your contributions make large impacts. <p>We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.<br><br>We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.<br><br>World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.</p><p>Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.</p><h2>About the role</h2><p>*<em>Open to hiring remote across the US — we also have offices in NYC, San Francisco, and Seattle</em></p><p>We’re looking for a Senior HR Generalist to own the day-to-day of Runway’s HR function and shape how it scales. You’ll run core programs end to end, advise managers and employees on sensitive situations, unblock teams so they can move faster and build the processes that keep a fast-growing team compliant and well supported. You’ll work directly with the HR Manager as a strategic partner, and you’ll have the autonomy to make decisions, set priorities and fix what’s broken without waiting to be asked.</p><h2>What you’ll do</h2><ul><li><p>Own the employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding for full-time employees and contractors, and keep improving the process as the team grows</p></li><li><p>Own HRIS administration and data integrity in Rippling, including reporting, audits and workflow automation</p></li><li><p>Manage employee visa and immigration processes in partnership with outside counsel</p></li><li><p>Oversee leave administration and accommodations across jurisdictions, and keep policies and practices compliant with current employment law</p></li><li><p>Run key programs end to end with the HR Manager, including performance reviews, open enrollment, engagement surveys and compensation cycles</p></li><li><p>Act as the go-to resource for employees and managers on benefits, policies and HR processes</p></li><li><p>Identify gaps in HR operations and ship fixes: updated policies, clearer documentation and more efficient tooling</p></li><li><p>Pitch in wherever the team needs; no task is too small if it moves things forward</p></li></ul><h2>What you’ll need</h2><ul><li><p>5+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or people operations role at a high-growth company</p></li><li><p>Deep working knowledge of benefits, leave administration, immigration basics and employment law across multiple states</p></li><li><p>Experience running company-wide programs such as performance cycles, open enrollment and engagement surveys</p></li><li><p>Strong HRIS skills, with Rippling experience a strong plus</p></li><li><p>Clear written and verbal communication, and the credibility to advise managers and senior leaders</p></li><li><p>Comfort operating independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment</p></li><li><p>Exceptional organization and attention to detail</p></li><li><p>A high ownership mindset and a team-first attitude</p></li></ul><p>Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.</p><p>There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range.</p><p>Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates.</p><h2>Working at Runway</h2><p><a href='https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kwmj4ato2kw&ab_channel=Runway'><strong>Great things come from great teams.</strong></a><strong> We’d love to hear from you.</strong></p><p>We’re committed to creating a space where our employees can bring their full selves to work and have equal opportunity to succeed.
