As a Senior Account Manager at Bloomreach, you will drive growth and long-term value across a portfolio of strategic accounts in the Americas market. You’ll be responsible for nurturing executive relationships, identifying expansion opportunities, and ensuring customers achieve measurable business outcomes through our solutions.
You’ll partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Solutions Consultants, SDRs, and key internal teams, as well as external partners, to strengthen customer engagement, support renewals, and uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities. The on target earnings (OTE) range for this position is $160,000-$200,000, consisting of base plus commission.
