What You’ll Be Doing

We’re looking for a Senior Research Scientist to lead foundational research and applied ML work for creator-focused tools at BeatStars. You’ll design, build, and deploy advanced machine learning systems that directly power creative workflows for music creators.

• Lead research and development in generative and creative AI for music.

What You’ll Need

• Proven experience building and deploying ML models in production.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS and/or GCP/RunPod).
• Familiarity with Docker and modern ML infrastructure.

• Clear communicator who collaborates well across teams.

Our general global core working hours are 10 am-2 pm EST Monday through Friday. While we generally have the flexibility to build an 8-hour workday, we ask for flexibility during core hours, as from time to time, it may be needed to attend global calls that cover more than 2 time zones during these hours. We ask folks to schedule events when possible, at least 3 working days in advance.

Compensation:

This salary/OTE range represents the low, middle, and high end of the salary or OTE (Sales roles only) range for this position, and is subject to change. To determine starting pay, we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. The range shared on JDs is a broad range to cover multiple regions. Candidates will be given a specific range based on their city/country during the initial phone screen.

Salary/OTE is just one component of our total rewards package. All regular employees are also eligible for additional benefits and perks that BeatStars offers.

Remote US salary range for this role is $177,000-$229,000.

We're looking for an AI Healthcare & Life Science Solutions Consultant to join Dataiku’s Business Solutions department with a strong focus on supporting US business expansion. The role reports to the Health & Life Science Sr. Director. Your mission will be undertaken in close partnership with Dataiku’s broader Business Solutions team, including the Life Sciences Solution AI Engineers, as well as with Dataiku’s core teams: Sales, Customer, Partnership, Product and R&D.

You will support three essential missions:

(1) Feed our strategic vision towards Healthcare & Life Sciences and how to further accelerate our growth in this industry. This will involve developing a deep understanding of Dataiku’s footprint, strong convictions as to analytics, ML and agent value for priority domains, current and target positioning in the ecosystem, and supporting the right plans to meet our ambitions.

(2) Be a Dataiku SME on Healthcare & Life Sciences, and act as a gap bridger between precise industry needs, AI and Dataiku as a product. You will directly support clients and prospects as a trusted expert and support the development of the right assets and engagement support to boost GTM effectiveness in Life Sciences. In practice, you will:

• Support sales and customer activities on Life Sciences: help customer dynamics understanding, act as a key spokesperson for prospects and customers, supporting executive engagement building.
• Articulate the specific value proposal of Dataiku for Life Sciences, and enable internal client facing teams in its articulating.
• Leverage the capitalization of internal knowledge and client experiences on Life Sciences (adoption stories, use-cases, …) and contribute to development of relevant material.
• Boost Dataiku’s visibility on Life Sciences as an industry, as well as engage in the execution of an impactful thought-leadership strategy.
• Drive high impact Customer Engagements with key decision makers in Healthcare & Life Sciences accounts.

(3) Contribute to the identification, scoping, and successful roll out of Dataiku Solutions aligned to Healthcare and Life Sciences needs, with the goal of maximizing Dataiku’s value delivery.

Who you are:

• 10+ years experience in Healthcare and/or in Life Sciences, with a confirmed appetite for data, analytics and AI impact in the sector. You have worked within Healthcare and/or Life Science organizations, preferably in the US, and have owned the successful delivery of AI projects or built technology towards this objective.
• You have a preciseunderstanding of Healthcare & Life Sciences value chain, including complex processes and regulations involved in health provider organizations like large hospital networks or specialized care centers and health payers, sophisticated frameworks embedded in pharma companies from R&D and Clinical Operations teams to sales force effectiveness.
• You have the capacity to adjust your communication to experts and non experts. You are passionate about people empowerment with data and AI.
• Strong Business Development mindset: you understand the ins and outs of software acquisition, and are able to support plans towards business development ambitions. Experience in acquiring software in a Healthcare or Life Sciences organization and managing vendor relationship will be a plus.
• Solid solution management experience, with the capacity to outline user journeys, scope use-case, and support development end-to-end including organizing customer co-builds, testing and reviews. You will be involved in conducting detailed feature/solution scoping and validation.
• Precise and effective in describing the continuum of ways in which data, analytics and AI can add value, from automation, pipelines and dashboards to machine learning and Generative AI. You have good understanding of agents and are able to project their potential as well as evaluate their ROI.
• Proven track record working with diverse teams, and successfully engaging them on complex or specialized topics.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and oral), able to clearly articulate and present complex situations and concepts to varied audiences.
• Based in AMERICAS and able to travel both within that region (20% of the time) and occasionally to other continents.

PandaDoc’s Brand Studio is looking for a storyteller to be our first Filmmaker.

We're building our video practice from scratch, and we want to do it right — leading with human stories around the customers, teams, and people behind the product. This role owns it end-to-end: concept, storyboard, shoot, edit, motion, delivery.

This is a player-coach role. You'll direct and operate cameras on location, cut the footage yourself, provide strong direction to post-production, and manage a motion designer on our team. Equally important: you'll help build AI-powered tools and workflows that let a small team punch way above its weight in volume, velocity, and quality.

You'll work closely with Brand Studio leads and Marketing stakeholders to translate briefs into video that actually moves people. You're as comfortable on a location shoot in Austin as you are in After Effects finishing a paid ad cut-down.

In this role, you will:

• Own the full video production lifecycle: From brief intake and concept development through shoot execution and final delivery. Pre-production, production, and post all live with you.
• Direct and shoot on location: Travel to on-site shoots, operate camera, set up lighting and audio, and direct internal spokespeople and external talent to capture authentic, on-brand content.
• Storyboard and concept video creative: Translate campaign briefs and brand strategy into compelling shot lists, storyboards, and production plans.
• Build AI-powered production infrastructure: Design and implement the tools workflows that scale video output without scaling headcount. This means building self-serve editing systems using tools like Descript, integrating AI video tools (Runway, Sora, or similar) into the production pipeline, and creating repeatable processes that let marketers produce basic content independently — with you setting the quality bar.
• Edit and deliver polished, platform-ready content: Cut long-form brand films, product videos, customer stories, social cut-downs, and paid ad variants — all to spec and on brand.
• Partner with our motion designer on post-production: Provide direction on motion graphics, animations, and visual effects — including lower thirds, title cards, and transitions. You'll set the direction, review cuts, and give clear, actionable feedback. Complex UI animation and advanced motion work lives with the motion designer — your job is to keep quality high and the collaboration tight.
• Manage the video production team: Manage the professional development for our motion designer. Depending on project scale, you may also source, brief, and manage freelance video editors and production agencies — knowing when to bring in outside support and how to integrate it without losing quality or brand consistency.

About you:

• You give and receive creative feedback well. You can present a concept to a stakeholder and take direction from a brand designer on the same day.
• You're a builder. You want to leave behind systems, processes, and a team that can keep making great work when you're on the next shoot.
• You stay current on AI tools in production and know how to put them to work — you're always looking for smarter ways to move faster without sacrificing craft.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in video production with a portfolio demonstrating full ownership from concept to delivery
• Proven camera operation skills
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Expert-level proficiency with AI-assisted video tools (Runway, Sora, or similar)
• Solid motion design foundation — comfortable with lower thirds, title cards, and light visual effects; knows when to hand complex animation work to a specialist
• Experience managing at least one direct report or motion designer
• Demonstrated ability to storyboard and concept original video creative
• Experience producing across formats: brand campaigns, product launches, customer stories, paid social, event content
• Willingness to travel for shoots (estimated 15–20%)

About the role

We are seeking a part time ASL Interpreter to provide live interpretation for our online training programs, held via Zoom. The role will be approximately 10 hours per week, with opportunities and programs available on an ongoing basis, based on performance.
