About the Team

At DoorDash, design means making experiences for the people who order, the people who prepare, and the people who deliver.

As a Design Manager at DoorDash, you want to build things that matter to real people. You're at your best when you can move from idea to shipped product quickly, bringing experiences to life that reach and influence users at massive scale. You'll care about whether the product you make solved a real problem for real people, or changed how someone experiences their day.

You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with Engineering and Product Management, dig into the data, and use LLM-powered tools alongside traditional design tools. If the LLM powered tools don’t exist yet, you build them.

About the Role

Trust is the foundation of every interaction on DoorDash. We're looking for a design leader who can define and drive a vision for designing for integrity at scale. In this role, you will join the Integrity organization. You’ll lead a team of designers working across fraud prevention, trust, safety, and compliance — protecting millions of consumers, Dashers, and merchants while keeping the platform seamless and trustworthy. You will report into the Head of Design for our Customer Experience & Integrity organization. This role is hybrid- 1–2 days per week in one of our Design Hubs.

You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…

 • Set the technical direction for Design across your product area — decide what gets built, in what order, and why; connect multiple teams around shared platforms so the work compounds instead of duplicating
 • Work on ambiguous problems and turn them into architecture decisions and working systems that teams actually use; earn trust with leadership not through decks, but through prototypes and shipped code that make your point for you
 • Stay close to the code and the craft across multiple projects at once — you're not just reviewing, you're building; the work you ship will move real metrics across the product area, not just the team you sit with
 • Build the design systems, component libraries, and AI-powered tooling that your product area runs on — prompt libraries, eval pipelines, design-to-code workflows — and make sure people actually use them by writing clear docs, onboarding teams, and iterating based on real feedback
 • Hold a high bar for both design and code — your prototypes should be production-ready, not throwaway; spot product opportunities that others miss and help the people around you get sharper at knowing what to build and why
 • Grow the team around you — mentor senior designers and managers, help close strong hires, and shape the kind of environment where design engineers do their best work

We’re excited about you because…

 • You have a portfolio or repo of work that shows you can design and build at a high level, not just one or the other
 • You build in code as naturally as you design — React, TypeScript, or similar frameworks are tools you think in, not things you're learning; you reach for Cursor, Claude, or similar tools to move faster and build things you wouldn't attempt by hand
 • You've set direction across a product area before and your influence comes from what you ship, not what you present — people adopt your tools because they're good, not because you told them to
 • You care about leverage: you'd rather build a system that makes 20 people faster than ship one great feature yourself
 • You have a background in high-growth consumer tech, complex marketplace products, or platform/infrastructure teams where you built tools and systems adopted across multiple teams

About Nash

Nash powers logistics infrastructure for major commerce brands including Walmart, Urban Outfitters, and 7-Eleven, plus platforms like Shopify and Toast. We unify decisioning, execution, and capacity into a programmable platform for real-time, AI-native logistics orchestration across couriers, fleets, gig workers, and autonomous systems.

Nash was founded in 2021 by Mahmoud Ghulman and Aziz Alghunaim. We are backed by Y Combinator, a16z, OpenAI, and other leading investors, and headquartered in San Francisco.

About The Role

This is not a classic 'make it pretty' design role. We're looking for a Product Designer at the intersection of UX and design engineering — someone who deeply understands users and discovers customer needs with ease, but is also technical enough to think in components, speak the language of engineers, and ship a working prototype instead of a static mock when that's the fastest path to an answer.

You'll design the tools dispatchers, ops managers, and drivers rely on every day — dense, real-time, operational interfaces — and help define what an agentic-AI-native logistics product feels like.

~70% web application, ~30% mobile

Optimized for speed: fast progress, rapid iteration, short concept-to-validation loops

Embedded with engineering teams and sales — you design with developers, and partner with sales to gather first-hand customer needs and bring them back into the product

Process mindset: Define → Build → Test → Design → Ship — we validate real, working software early, instead of the classic define → design → build → test → ship (the old double diamond)

Small design team, high ownership, direct access and customers/users.

What You'll Do

Discover and validate customer needs — interviews, feedback analysis, synthesis into design decisions

Design dense, operational web UI: dispatch workspaces, routing, agents, order management, real-time views, data visualization

Create concepts and prototypes rapidly — in Figma or in code, using AI tools (Claude, Cursor, v0, Figma Make) as a core part of your workflow

Prepare and run client-facing demos; present, persuade, and defend design decisions with stakeholders

Contribute to and evolve our design system (components, tokens, variables)

Drive the agentic AI approach in the product experience — make AI-first workflows feel native for logistics operators

Work day-to-day inside engineering teams: refine scope, resolve feasibility trade-offs, keep quality high through implementation

What We're Looking For

7+ years of product / UX design experience with shipped work in complex products

Proven B2B product experience — complex workflows, professional users, data-dense interfaces

Strong discovery skills: you get to the real customer problem quickly and can show how research shaped your decisions

Component-based thinking: atomic design, modern web patterns for web applications, understanding of how design maps to frontend implementation

Technical fluency — comfortable working directly with engineers, understanding constraints, reading a design token file

Active, daily use of LLMs and AI prototyping tools as part of your design workflow

Bias for fast iteration: you'd rather ship three rough rounds than one polished big-bang

Clear communication in English; comfortable presenting to clients; adaptable to evidence

Nice-to-Haves

Design systems depth: tokens, variables, theming, Figma component architecture

Design engineering / prototyping in code: React, Tailwind, or AI tools (v0, Cursor, Claude)

Experience with logistics, supply chain, or ops tooling

Experience designing agentic AI / LLM-powered product experiences

Mobile design experience (iOS / Android patterns)

More about Nash

Nash is the platform that powers modern logistics.

Commerce has inverted. For decades, customers came to where products and services were. Now products and services come to them, on their terms, in real time. That shift has turned every company into a logistics company, even though almost none of them were built to be one. Couriers, fleets, gig workers, parcel carriers, in-store labor, and increasingly autonomous systems all have to be coordinated in real time, against tighter windows and rising expectations, with hard-fought customer trust on the line.

Nash unifies decisioning, execution, and capacity into a single programmable platform. Real-time, AI-native intelligence determines what should happen, operational control executes it, and the platform dynamically orchestrates capacity from any source: a company's own fleets, partners, or the Nash delivery network. Whether a job involves a courier, a gig driver, an internal fleet, a store employee, a technician, or an autonomous vehicle, Nash selects the right resource and manages execution through completion.

We power delivery and logistics for some of the most recognizable brands in commerce, including Walmart, Urban Outfitters, 7-Eleven, and Woolworths, alongside platforms like Shopify and Toast. Over the next decade, logistics will become as foundational to commerce as payments, cloud, and connectivity. Nash is the platform that powers it.

Nash was founded in 2021 by Mahmoud Ghulman (2x Founder, MIT) and Aziz Alghunaim (2x Founder, 2x YC, Ex-Palantir, MIT) and is backed by Y Combinator, a16z, and other top investors. We are headquartered in San Francisco.

What You’ll Love About Us

✅ Early-stage, well-funded startup – directly impact the company and grow your career!
✅ Quarterly broader team on-sites to bond with teammates
✅ Competitive compensation and opportunity for equity
✅ Flexible paid time off
✅ Health, dental, and vision insurance for US employees

Who we are

Our mission is to bring clarity and control to the world's most complex codebases. AI is accelerating code creation, but the infrastructure to understand, oversee, and evolve that code hasn't kept pace. Sourcegraph gives engineering organizations full visibility across their systems, precise context for their agents, and the ability to execute coordinated code changes at scale. As agentic development becomes the dominant engineering paradigm, we provide the context layer teams need to take control of their codebase.

With Code Search, Deep Search, MCP, and Agentic Batch Changes, we deliver on that mission today - giving engineering teams and their AI tools the cross-repo context to navigate massive codebases with confidence, and the ability to make changes across hundreds of repositories at once.

Companies like Stripe, Reddit, and Leidos rely on Sourcegraph to ship faster and with higher quality. We're backed by a16z, Sequoia, and Redpoint, and proud to operate as a globally distributed team that values high agency, direct communication, and customer love.

If you want to build the infrastructure that lets every engineering team - and every agent they deploy - operate on their codebase with confidence, join us.

Hours & location

🌎 While we hire almost anywhere in the world, we have a preference for someone to reside in the following locations for this role. However, if you feel qualified, we welcome you to apply regardless of location. No matter what, working hours must overlap with EST for at least 20 hours/week.

Preferred locations:

EST

Europe

Why this job is exciting

We are looking for a deeply technical, pragmatic Product Manager to help shape and deliver products for developers and the AI agents working alongside them.

This will initially be the primary Product Manager supporting a small, fast-moving engineering organization. Rather than being embedded within a single team, you will work across several engineering teams to identify priorities, organize customer and product feedback, define requirements, guide products through the experimental, beta, and general availability lifecycle, and enable our Marketing and Go-To-Market teams to bring it to the world .

You will spend significant time working directly with customers, engineering leaders, and developers to understand their needs and translate them into clear product decisions. You will need enough technical depth to discuss implementation tradeoffs, evaluate developer workflows, and represent the product when an engineer is not in the room. You will also need the ability to crisply communicate with non-developers, internal and external, about the value that Sourcegraph delivers.

This is an opportunity to have an outsized impact within a small organization operating much like a startup, while benefiting from Sourcegraph’s enterprise distribution and access to customers with some of the largest and most complex codebases in the world.

📅 Within one month, you will…

Ramp up on Sourcegraph’s products, customers, technical architecture, go-to-market pitch, and product strategy.

Build strong working relationships with engineering leaders and the teams you will support.

Join customer conversations and develop an understanding of their workflows, pain points, and priorities.

Review and begin organizing existing customer feedback, product ideas, and active experiments.

📅 Within three months, you will…

Establish a clear process for gathering, organizing, and prioritizing product feedback across teams.

Translate customer problems into clear product requirements, specifications, and success criteria.

Help teams make pragmatic prioritization decisions across customer requests, product investments, and technical work including market research and competitive analysis.

Support the product lifecycle of experimental and beta features, including customer discovery, iteration, launch planning, and measurement.

Provide greater clarity beyond engineering on what we are building, why it matters, and how we will determine whether it is successful.

📅 Within six months, you will…

Own product prioritization and planning across the engineering teams, and act as the glue between EPD, revenue, and marketing.

Guide key products from early experimentation through beta and general availability.

Develop a strong understanding of Sourcegraph’s customers and become a trusted representative of their needs.

Establish scalable systems for product discovery, feedback management, specification, launch, pricing and packaging, and iteration.

Help define the broader product strategy for how developers and AI agents make changes across large and complex codebases, and represent that vision in public.

Improve the organization’s ability to make focused, evidence-based product decisions without introducing unnecessary processes.

Represent Product and Engineering across the company, supporting sales enablement and product marketing functions.

About you

You are a deeply technical Product Manager who is comfortable operating across several teams and product areas at once. You can move between customer discovery, strategy, product specifications, prioritization, and launch execution based on what the organization needs most.

You are energized by startup environments where roles are broad, context changes quickly, and progress depends on people taking ownership beyond narrowly defined responsibilities. You do not need a large product organization, extensive research support, or a mature operating process to make effective decisions. You are comfortable creating structure where it is useful while avoiding process for its own sake.

You are pragmatic. You know that the best product decision is not always the most ambitious or technically sophisticated one. You consider customer value, engineering effort, product quality, strategic importance, and speed when helping teams determine what to build.

You have meaningful experience with software development, whether through a previous engineering role or sustained hands-on coding experience. You understand how developers work and can discuss technical constraints and tradeoffs credibly. You can explain and defend product decisions with customers, executives, and engineers, even when the engineering team is not present.

You are comfortable spending significant time with customers. You ask thoughtful questions, identify the underlying problems behind feature requests, and distinguish between an individual request and a broader market need. You can turn fragmented feedback into actionable insights and clear product direction.

You are also an excellent communicator. You tell the story behind why a product or initiative matters, creating alignment across engineering and the broader organization. You bring clarity to ambiguous problems without pretending to have certainty where it does not exist.

Because this role will work closely with leaders in Eastern Time and with customers primarily located in North America, you must have substantial working-hour overlap with the Eastern Time zone.

5+ years of experience working in product management, including experience within an early-stage company, startup, or similarly small and fast-moving organization.

Previous professional software engineering experience or substantial hands-on coding experience.

Experience building technical products for developers, engineering teams, or other highly technical users.

Experience working directly with customers throughout product discovery, development, beta testing, and launch.

Experience translating customer problems and technical concepts into clear product requirements and specifications.

Experience prioritizing work across multiple teams, stakeholders, and competing customer needs.

Ability to operate as the primary Product Manager across several engineering teams rather than within one narrowly defined product area.

Strong understanding of software development workflows, Git, source control, and modern developer tooling.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate credibly with both engineers and customers.

Demonstrated ability to use qualitative feedback, product data, and strategic context to make pragmatic product decisions.

Ability to work effectively with significant Eastern Time zone overlap.

Nice-to-haves:

Experience building products involving AI agents, coding assistants, code generation, or large language models, and a strong stance on how AI will change the way software is being built.

Experience with developer tools, code search, code intelligence, compilers, IDEs, or large-scale code transformation.

Experience working with enterprise customers and complex software development organizations.

You enjoy writing code and are comfortable exploring or contributing to a production codebase.

Level

📊 This job is an IC4.
Lead Product Manager, Security

Summary

Wikipedia is a trusted source of knowledge the world over, read by over a billion people a month in over 300 languages.
Tremendous is the global platform built for businesses to send thousands of payouts to anyone, anywhere, for free. We're trusted by 20,000 organizations like Atlassian, MIT, and United Way to deliver gift cards and money to millions of recipients worldwide.

Our customers (researchers, marketers, HR teams, nonprofits, and platform businesses) rave about how fast and easy Tremendous is to use. Check out our ratings on G2.

Tremendous is profitable and growing without outside investors. We’re a fully remote, high-documentation, low-meeting culture, which means more time for what matters in both your professional and personal life. The team agrees– our employee NPS is in the high 80s.

About the role

You’ll be the product owner for how companies discover Tremendous, sign up, and send their first reward.

Most companies research us before they ever meet a salesperson. They find us through a search, an ad, or a reward somebody sent them. A fair number sign up on their own, either because they're too small for a sales rep or because they just prefer it. You'll own product growth overall, but self-serve clients are your primary focus and scorecard. At the top of the funnel we can't tell who's a solo marketer and who's a future enterprise buyer, so you’ll build for both.

The Growth team doesn't exist yet, so you'll arrive, borrow engineers from another squad to get moving, and write the roadmap we hire against. You'll have real influence over what this team becomes and who's on it.

One thing to know up front: the standard product-led growth playbook doesn't apply here. We have no free tier, no trial, and no paywall, so the usual levers don't exist. We also don't have the traffic for most A/B tests to reach significance. You'll need to look at a flow and know what's wrong with it rather than wait for a test to tell you.

The product management team today is 7 PMs, led by a co-founder who serves as Head of Product. You'll also work with Marketing on campaigns and with RevOps on the handoffs between self-serve and sales.

What you’ll do

Own first touch to first reward sent. Signup, onboarding, and the first order are yours outright. On the site and landing pages, you own conversion and experiments; Marketing owns brand, content, and spend.

Develop the growth roadmap, then help staff the squad that runs it (both through internal transfers and outside hires).

Build the systems that let us test. Standing up a landing page, changing it, and killing it should take a day, without waiting on an engineering sprint.

Run campaigns with Marketing. We'll pull a growth marketer into your team's cadence so a campaign ships end to end: audience, copy, landing page, emails, ads.

Give promising acquisition channels product and engineering muscle: referrals, programmatic SEO, AI-search and chatbot referrals, interactive tools, reward recipients becoming senders.

Turn incentives into a system. Today we hand out test funds and fee waivers case by case. You decide what we offer, to whom, and what it's worth.

Prototype with AI in hours, and put it in front of real companies the same week.

Work async. Most product work here happens in writing. If you're used to running product through meetings, this will feel different.

Report to Prateek Mehta (Group PM).

What you’ll bring

6+ years shipping web products as a growth PM, founder, or engineer, with real time on acquisition, conversion, or activation. A founder or founding-engineer past is a strong plus.

Enough technical depth to ship without a full team. You can instrument a funnel, read the data, and build a landing page when that's the fastest path.

Taste in conversion flows. You can look at a signup page and say what's wrong with it, without a test telling you.

Judgment about when to test. You can tell whether traffic will resolve a question, and you're comfortable deciding from other evidence when it won't.

Healthy skepticism of growth playbooks. You know which parts assume a free tier, and which parts transfer.

Outstanding written communication. We're a documentation-first culture.

What's cool about the role

Blank slate. The team doesn't exist yet. You'll write the roadmap and we'll build the team around it. And since we're profitable, growth here is pure upside.

Competitive pay and equity. Base salary for this role: $240,000 to $315,000.

Real benefits. 100% covered health (US), unlimited PTO, 12-16 weeks paid parental leave.

Fully remote. Work from anywhere in the Americas.

Great culture. Read more about how we work in our public handbook.
