What we are building

Mimica is an AI-powered process intelligence platform enabling enterprises and individuals to reclaim their most precious resource: time. We've all seen repetitive tasks and redundant processes quietly drain productivity and creativity. Not because companies don’t want to become more efficient, but because they don’t know where to start.

At the click of a button, Mimica identifies every process improvement and agentic AI opportunity across an enterprise. Our software turns everyday work into data-backed decisions, helping companies remove process bottlenecks, automate the right tasks, and upskill teams with precision and confidence.

We’ve raised $26 million in Series B financing and are scaling fast. Backed by investors including Khosla Ventures and Paladin Capital, our proprietary AI technology is trusted by Fortune 500 companies to accelerate transformation. Mimica is recognized as a Top 100 AI Start-up by Accel and an industry Leader by the Everest Group.

Behind our platform is a team of exceptionally talented people, remote-first and globally distributed across 16+ countries. We're looking for curious, collaborative people excited to solve complex problems. You'll join a fast-paced environment built on high ownership, bottom-up thinking, and transparent, open communication – helping some of the world's leading organizations transform the way work gets done with AI.

Your Mission

As a Senior / Lead Product Marketing Manager at Mimica, you'll join as one of two foundational Product Marketing hires, with significant ownership in shaping how we position and take our products to market.

You'll develop a deep understanding of our technology, customers, and competitive landscape and turn that insight into clear, differentiated positioning that resonates with enterprise buyers. You'll work at the intersection of Product, Marketing, and Sales — influencing how we build, launch, package, and communicate our products and how our story translates across different industries, use cases, and customer segments.

We're looking for versatile product marketers and expect our first two hires to bring complementary strengths. You might lean more deeply into product and technical positioning, or bring particular strength in GTM, ICP, and industry positioning. In either case, you'll be comfortable moving between product detail, customer insight, market strategy, and commercial execution.

Part of your day-to-day

 • Own and evolve positioning and messaging for Mimica's products, capabilities, and use cases, translating sophisticated technology into differentiated narratives that matter to customers.

 • Partner with Product from early development through launch, defining target audiences, positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, and launch plans.

 • Develop a deep understanding of our customers, competitors, market, and emerging technologies, using those insights to strengthen positioning and inform Product and GTM decisions.

 • Translate our core product positioning into narratives tailored to different industries, use cases, personas, and segments, identifying where and how our value proposition should change for different audiences

 • Turn positioning and customer insight into high-impact assets, including product narratives, launch materials, website messaging, use-case and industry stories.

 • Partner with Sales Enablement to equip customer-facing teams with the messaging, competitive context, product understanding, and proof points they need to sell effectively.

 • Work with Content, Demand Gen, and the broader Marketing team to translate product and market insights into compelling campaigns, thought leadership, events, and content.

 • Help shape the Product Marketing function itself, establishing repeatable frameworks, processes, and ways of working that can scale as Mimica grows.

What you will bring

 • 6-8 years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing or a closely related discipline, with a track record of owning meaningful product positioning and go-to-market work.

 • Experience taking a new product, capability, or solution from early development to market, including shaping its positioning rather than simply executing an established playbook.

 • Experience marketing complex enterprise software to multiple buyers and stakeholders.

 • Strong product and technical curiosity, with the ability to understand sophisticated technology in enough depth to identify what is genuinely differentiated and why customers should care.

 • Experience adapting a horizontal product or platform story across different industries, use cases, ICPs, or customer segments.

 • Strong commercial judgment and an understanding of how positioning and messaging translate into effective launches, sales conversations, pipeline, and customer adoption.

 • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn complexity into clear, memorable, and credible narratives.

 • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize customer, product, competitive, and market inputs into a clear point of view.

Bonus

 • Experience in Product, Solutions Consulting, Technical Consulting, Engineering, or another technically oriented role is a strong plus.

 • Comfort operating in a high-growth environment with significant ownership and ambiguity, where you'll help build the playbook rather than inherit one.

Get to Know Us

Horizon3 is a fast-growing, remote cybersecurity company dedicated to the mission of enabling organizations to proactively find, fix, and verify exploitable attack vectors before criminals exploit them. Our flagship product, the NodeZero™ platform, delivers production-safe autonomous pentests and other key assessment operations that scale across the largest internal, external, cloud, and hybrid cloud environments. NodeZero has been adopted by organizations of all sizes, from small educational institutions to government agencies and Global 100 enterprises. It is used by ITOps/SecOps teams, consulting pentesters, and MSSPs and MSPs.

We are a fusion of former U.S. Special Operations cyber operators, startup engineers, and formerly frustrated cybersecurity practitioners. We're committed to helping solve our common security problems: ineffective security tools, false positives resulting in alert fatigue, blind spots, 'checkbox” security culture, cybersecurity skills shortage, and the long lead time and expense of hiring outside consultants. Collectively, we are a team of learn-it-alls, committed to a culture of respect, collaboration, ownership, and results.

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market engine for our newest, most explosive line of business: NodeZero WebApp Pentesting. You will be the entrepreneurial marketing lead for a massive expansion into the application security (AppSec) and Application Security Posture Management (ASPM) space. The market is currently being reshaped by AI hype, creating a distinct window of opportunity for a fierce competitor to seize total market ownership. You will report directly to the VP of Corporate & Product Marketing, partnering tightly with a world-class Product and Engineering team to turn deep technical capabilities into market dominance.

What You'll Do

Go-To-Market Strategy & Launch Ownership

Own the end-to-end GTM strategy, messaging, and positioning for the NodeZero WebApp Pentesting product line from its launch to market dominance.

Architect an aggressive, pipeline-driven product launch framework that moves product marketing to a core revenue driver, not a corporate support function.

Define target personas across Enterprise, Mid-Market, and Commercial segments, building a product narrative that maps directly to clear conversion paths.

Competitive Positioning & Content Weaponization

Drive the competitive narrative, explicitly dismantling legacy DAST incumbents and exposing fragile, unscalable 'agentic AI' wrappers.

Educate the market on why generic AI solutions suffer from exploding token costs, erratic inconsistency, and severe production risks, while positioning NodeZero’s combination of a deterministic foundation and surgical AI as the only enterprise-grade choice.

Develop proof-first product content, technical teardowns, and competitive battlecards that arm the sales force to win contested deals.

Product & Engineering Collaboration

Partner tightly with Product Leadership and Engineering teams, embedding yourself with the builders to transform highly complex offensive security capabilities into high-impact, market-facing narratives.

Translate deep technical breakthroughs, e.g. the autonomous, production-safe exploitation of complex business-logic flaws like BOLA and IDOR, into clear, hype-free value propositions.

Serve as the vital feedback loop between market realities, buyer pushback, and the product roadmap.

Sales Enablement & Foundation Building

Own the technical enablement motion for the direct sales force, SDRs, and channel partners including major VARs, resellers, and distribution partners.

Win the hearts and minds of cynical, hype-hating developers, AppSec leads, and red teamers who demand zero false positives, while effortlessly elevating the message to the CISO/VP level to tell a broader platform and cyber-resilience story.
Build the foundational processes, sales tools, and customer story pipelines required to scale this product line.

What You’ll Bring

5+ years (PMM) or 8+ years (Senior PMM) of B2B product marketing experience, with meaningful time spent launching and scaling complex technical products in a high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity company.

Non-Negotiable Drive: High-agency, self-starting execution. You thrive in greenfield environments where processes don't exist yet, and you love the challenge of defining what 'great' looks like from scratch.

Deep Technical Chops: A background as a former security practitioner, pen tester, technical marketer, or technical PMM who has shipped AppSec, ASPM, or AI-driven security products. You must understand application architecture and the adversarial mindset far deeper than just cybersecurity acronyms.

Dual-Altitude Communication: The rare ability to build deep trust with highly skeptical technical practitioners who demand absolute production safety, while seamlessly translating those technical truths into business resilience metrics for CISOs.

Demonstrated capability to manage high-stakes product launches, cross-functional lifecycles, and performance frameworks with a clear ROI lens.

Proficiency with Salesforce and product analytics tools for tracking launch metrics and pipeline attribution.

Nice to Have

Hands-on experience with web application security testing tools (DAST, SAST, IAST) or ASPM platforms.

Deep understanding of the current LLM/Agentic AI security landscape and its practical architectural limitations.

Experience working in an account-based marketing (ABM) motion with highly targeted enterprise buyer personas.

Travel Requirements

We are a fully remote company. This role requires up to 20% travel for key product launches, major industry events, customer interviews, and internal offsites.

Job-related travel expenses are reviewed and must be approved by your manager.

Perks of Horizon3

Inclusive Team: We value diversity and promote an inclusive culture where everyone can thrive.

Growth Opportunities: Be part of a dynamic and growing team with numerous career development opportunities.

Innovative Culture: Work in a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and out-of-the-box thinking.

Hybrid & Remote Work: We embrace a mix of remote and hybrid work models depending on role and location, including our Chicago office, where some roles require regular in-office presence.

Competitive Compensation: We offer competitive salary, equity and benefits. Our benefits include health, vision & dental insurance for you and your family, a flexible vacation policy, and generous parental leave.

Compensation and Values

At Horizon3, we believe that our people are our greatest asset, and our compensation philosophy reflects this core value. We are committed to fostering an environment where all employees feel valued, respected, and rewarded for their contributions. Our compensation structure is designed to be fair, competitive, and transparent, ensuring that every team member is recognized and compensated equitably across roles, levels, and locations.

In accordance with various State’s transparency regulations, we provide the following salary range information for this position:

Base salary range: $180,000 - $230,000 annually. The exact salary will be determined based on the selected candidate’s location, qualifications, experience, and relevant skills.

Additional compensation: All full-time roles are eligible for an equity package in the form of stock options.

You Belong Here

Horizon3 is not just an equal opportunity employer - we are a community that values diversity, equity, and inclusion as fundamental principles of our culture and success.
Building the Future of Open Finance

Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.

Before you apply, we encourage you to explore our culture page to understand what drives us and how we work.

The team

Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.

We are looking for an Affiliate Growth Lead, US to build and scale our relationships with finance and investing creators and affiliates across the US market. The role combines business development, creator and affiliate partnerships and performance marketing, with a clear commercial mandate: drive attributable funded accounts and trading volume from active traders and investors, starting with Margin.

This is not a crypto-native KOL role. The audience we want to reach already trades and invests, and we reach them through the creators and publishers they trust in traditional finance, trading education and wealth management.

The opportunity

Own business development for US finance and investing creators and affiliates, building a high-quality pipeline of trading educators, finance YouTubers and podcasters, newsletter authors, and wealth-management and advisor-creators.

Develop and execute the US creator and affiliate strategy, starting with a focus on driving Margin trading volume and funded accounts, with the scope to expand across Kraken's other trading products.

Own partner acquisition and relationship development, from initial outreach and commercial conversations through activation and ongoing growth.

Structure CPA, revenue-share and hybrid partnerships that tie partner incentives to funded accounts and trading activity.

Set up and manage the tracking, attribution, payout and reporting needed to measure partners through funded and traded accounts.

Work with Legal and Compliance on disclosure, content review and approved messaging, so that promotion of leveraged products is responsible and consistent.

Partner across Growth, Marketing, Product and other relevant teams to turn creator and affiliate opportunities into effective campaigns, and bring partner and audience feedback back into the product.

Coordinate with the NORAM Pro KOL Business Development team so each creator has a single point of contact and relationships are not duplicated.

Track attributable trading volume, funded accounts, active-trader retention and CAC per partner, and use the results to prioritize partners and investment.

Continuously identify emerging creators, communities and affiliate publishers that reach active traders and investors in the US.

What you bring

Deep experience in business development, partnerships, influencer management or affiliate-led growth in the US, with a track record of running performance-based creator or affiliate programs for a brokerage, trading platform or investing product.

Experience growing margin, options, futures or other leveraged or active-trading products.

A strong existing network and understanding of the US finance and investing creator ecosystem, including trading educators, finance YouTubers, newsletter authors, podcasters and wealth-management or advisor-creators.

Working knowledge of crypto and digital assets, with the ability to explain crypto trading products clearly to audiences who are new to them.

Demonstrated ability to originate, negotiate and grow commercially meaningful partnerships, including CPA, revenue-share and hybrid deal structures.

Hands-on experience with affiliate networks and tracking platforms.

A record of turning creator or affiliate activity into measurable outcomes such as funded accounts, trading volume, revenue or acquisition, with results you can describe in numbers.

Familiarity with US financial advertising rules, including FTC paid-endorsement disclosure, and experience getting creator content through compliance review.

Strong relationship-building skills, with the credibility to work with creators who protect their audience's trust and are selective about the brands they promote.

Commercial judgment: you prioritize partners based on expected impact on conversion and trading activity, not on reach or activity alone.

Comfort using performance data to evaluate partners, diagnose results, adjust strategy and end partnerships that do not perform.

Strong cross-functional execution skills and the ability to move opportunities from prospecting through launch and ongoing growth.

Nice to haves

Experience working in wealth management or fintech.

Experience at a crypto exchange or digital-asset firm.

Existing relationships with US crypto-native creators.

Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.

Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that
About Polygon Labs

Polygon Labs is a global blockchain payments company building and operating infrastructure to move money instantly, reliably, and at internet scale, with the mission to move all money onchain. It is building the Polygon Open Money Stack, an open and integrated stack of services and technologies to instantly and reliably move money anywhere, and put it to work. Its infrastructure has facilitated trillions of dollars in onchain value transfer and supported millions of transactions daily for some of the globe's largest banks, fintechs, enterprises, and consumer applications.

Your Role

Boys Club is a culture-forward media brand and creative studio operating within Polygon Labs, at the intersection of tech, finance, and internet culture. The team runs paid client work and owned editorial properties simultaneously, and does both at a high standard. This role exists because that operation has grown to a scale where someone needs to own the entire production layer full-time.

This is a founding operations hire. There is no existing playbook. The briefing workflows, trafficking processes, approval chains, and production infrastructure you build here will be the systems the team runs on going forward. If you are someone who needs a well-defined system before you can perform, you will find this environment genuinely difficult. However, if you're energised by building systems and turning chaos into order, you should keep reading!

You will be the operational centre of Boys Club: the person who holds every active deliverable across paid client work and editorial content in their head and on the board, keeps the team unblocked, and makes sure nothing ships late, off brief, or over budget. You report to the Head of Strategy and Partnerships, and you sit at the execution layer of almost every project this team touches.

Contract structure: This is fixed-term contract position

Your Responsibilities

Own the content calendar, pipeline, status tracking, and production processes across both paid client deliverables and Boys Club editorial content (Malware, Too Online, Boys Club Live), so every asset in production has a clear owner, a due date, and a documented next step at all times

Build and implement the briefing, trafficking, and approval workflows that the team runs on, from initial brief through internal review to final client delivery, so nothing goes live without sign-off and no one has to ask what the status of a deliverable is

Coordinate internal team members, external creative partners, and freelancers across multiple simultaneous projects: gather estimates, manage budget tracking alongside the Account Director, raise purchase orders, and keep every resource on track without requiring the Account Director to babysit individual engagements

Run weekly cross-functional standups with internal and external stakeholders: prepare agendas, facilitate the session, capture client feedback accurately, and convert meeting notes into tracked action items before the next session starts

Escalate scope changes, budget risks, and timeline slippage to the Account Director before they become real problems; your job is to surface risk early, not report it after it lands

Support the editorial and show production tracks with the same rigour as paid client work, managing the Boys Club Live production calendar, newsletter scheduling, and promotional asset timelines so neither track uses the other as an excuse to slip

Maintain current knowledge of platform algorithm updates and hook-testing approaches across short and long-form content formats, and apply that knowledge when reviewing social deliverables moving through the production pipeline

Use AI tools to accelerate the operational groundwork of the role: generating first-pass briefs, structuring standup agendas, organising client feedback into clean action item lists, and researching incoming partners; the expectation is that AI handles the scaffolding so your judgment goes into the decisions, not the formatting

What You'll Need

A track record of managing 20 or more creative assets simultaneously across multiple clients, formats, or content tracks, with evidence that you built or significantly improved the production infrastructure that made that volume manageable, not just that you survived it

Experience coordinating across creative teams, external clients or partners, and freelancers or agencies on the same projects simultaneously, with real accountability to all three at once; PM experience that is purely internal or purely client-facing will show a gap here

Strong written communication: crisp standup agendas, well-structured client recaps, and asset trafficking instructions that create clarity rather than more questions; in an async-heavy operation, unclear written communication creates downstream problems on every project you touch

Enough internet and cultural literacy to be a credible partner to a creative team with high standards; you do not need to be a content strategist, but you need to understand why a piece of work is or is not right for a specific audience, and why a late-to-the-moment deliverable is worse than one that does not ship at all

Demonstrated AI fluency as a daily operational practice: you use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Notion AI, or comparable) to handle structural and research tasks, freeing your attention for judgment calls; you can describe specifically where AI sits in your workflow and where it does not, and your final outputs reflect your own thinking, not unreviewed AI output

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in a media, creator economy, or newsletter environment, with direct familiarity with how editorial and sponsored content tracks operate alongside each other

Experience managing paid content or sponsorship deliverables alongside owned editorial content in the same production operation, with direct accountability to external clients on deliverable timelines

A configured project management setup you can walk through in an interview: not the default out-of-the-box tool, but a system you have built, refined, and can explain, including where it has broken and what you changed

Polygon Labs is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace and is an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, national origin, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, protected veteran status, disability, age, or other legally protected status. Polygon Labs is committed to treating all people in a way that allows them to maintain their dignity and independence. We believe in integration and equal opportunity. Accommodations are available throughout the recruitment process and applicants with a disability may request to be accommodated throughout the recruitment process. We will work with all applicants to accommodate their individual accessibility needs.

If you think you have what it takes, but don't necessarily meet every single point on the job description, please still get in touch. We'd love to have a chat and see if you could be a great fit.

Learn More about Polygon Labs

Website |Twitter|Telegram |Reddit |Discord |Instagram |Facebook |LinkedIn

We're a small, growing marketing team. We’re seeking a systems thinker who can contribute marketing ideas, tasks and projects with a combination of elbow grease, AI skills, creative problem solving and drawing on their lived experience. This person will get pointed at a problem and expected to solve it, sometimes with minimal direction and assistance.

Metabase is used by hundreds of thousands of people to answer questions about their own data, most of whom aren't analysts. We've always believed the best marketing for a tool like ours comes from people who use it. So we're looking for someone who is closer to our user than to a traditional marketing résumé: you've been the person on a team who figured out the data, wired up the integration, built the dashboard nobody asked for, and then explained it to everyone else. You bring that confidence to other tasks, including those you’re trying for the first time.

If you've used Metabase, or you write SQL and have opinions about BI tools, we especially want to hear from you. You'd be marketing to yourself, which is a big advantage. You’ll be working closely with everyone on the marketing team, reporting directly to the VP of Marketing. You'd be joining at a point where the marketing team is small enough that what you build becomes how we do things.

Responsibilities

The specifics will shift dramatically. Over the first year, expect a mix of:

Helping build and refine our marketing stack the way an engineer would: know what's connected to what, what's breaking, and what's quietly costing us money.

Building integrations and automations between our tools using APIs, webhooks, MCPs and whatever glue is appropriate

Publishing and managing webpages via github; optimizing via A/B tests; spinning up landing pages with minimal direction.

Owning smaller channel experiments end to end, from hypothesis to write-up, including (especially) the ones that fail.

Supporting our community events programs, including logistics, speaker wrangling, pre- and post-event comms, the data collection that makes an event worthwhile.

Pressure-testing our messaging against your own experience as a data-curious person who uses tools like ours.

What we're looking for

You don't need a traditional marketing background. You do need to be data-curious, technically fearless and close to our target persona. The core traits we’re looking for are some combination of:

You've used Metabase or are comfortable writing SQL.

You have fluency with AI tools and know when to apply them.

You communicate clearly in writing, which is vital for our remote, async culture.
You have high-agency, are resourceful and are comfortable learning new things.

You have experience in analytics, ops, support, consulting, engineering, product, or marketing.

Working at Metabase

Amazing views from our beautiful downtown San Francisco office Zoom channel

Unlimited PTO, and a team that takes it

Substantial equity in a venture-funded company

Remote-first and async by default

Small, engineering-led, and opinionated about building a product people like using

We're bringing data tools with the elegance and simplicity of consumer products to the crufty world of enterprise business intelligence.

Compensation

The US base salary range for this role is $71.7K–$130K annually, plus equity and benefits.
Compensation is determined by role, level, location, and individual qualifications, including skills, experience, and scope of responsibility. Pay may vary by geographic location and other job-related factors.

US Benefits

Our US benefits package also includes fully employer-covered medical, dental, and vision insurance (with 75% coverage for dependents), a 401(k) with employer match available to enroll after the first 30 days.

How to apply

Send us a resume and a short cover note. We read them.

In the note, we'd love to know:

What you've built or figured out that you're proud of, even if it was small and internal

How you've used Metabase, or where you've used SQL

Metabase is an equal opportunity employer. We're building a team of people with different backgrounds, and we mean it.

Build a Safer World.

TRM Labs provides AI-powered intelligence solutions that help public and private sector agencies investigate and disrupt crime. TRM's platforms enable investigators to trace illicit activity, build cases, and construct operating pictures of threat networks. Leading agencies and businesses worldwide rely on TRM to make the world safer and more secure.

The Content Marketing Lead produces TRM's flagship brand content: high-impact, globally relevant work that makes TRM the reference point on the issues that define modern crime and how it's fought. You'll spend most of your time creating that content with TRM's experts and making sure it reaches the audiences who matter. You'll also set the quality bar for content across TRM and build the frameworks and AI workflows that let marketers across regions and campaigns produce strong work on their own.

The impact you will have:

Create flagship content with TRM's Insights, Policy, leadership and other SME teams that makes TRM the authority on the issues that matter most to our customers

Own distribution for everything you produce. Run TRM's owned channels directly, and partner with Demand Gen, Comms and other teams to get your work into the channels you don't own, from paid promotion and earned media to executive voice. For now, you'll also oversee TRM's corporate social channels

Own TRM's voice and tone. Build the style guide, templates and AI workflows that help regional and demand marketers produce on-brand content, and give the final edit on high-visibility work

Own TRM's blog/Resources hub and, with technical and agency partners, the SEO/GEO content strategy. A background in cybersecurity, threat intelligence, fintech or public-sector-facing work is a strong plus

Strong editorial judgment, and experience setting standards other teams adopt

An AI-native approach: you use AI across research, drafting, repurposing and optimization, and you're curious about new tooling

A distribution mindset: you plan how a piece will reach people before you publish it

Experience working with SEO/GEO specialists and owning the performance of the content you produce

An excellent writer who can distill nuanced, technical topics for different audiences

Learn about TRM Speed in this position:

Ship first-to-market: when Design is backed up before a launch and a competitor is about to announce a comparable solution, break a white paper into blog posts and publish yourself to win the moment

Build scalable systems (templates, standards) so quality content ships faster without adding headcount

Use AI to compress drafting and production cycles

Move content from idea to press-ready without unnecessary hand-offs

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:

Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. The compensation details listed in this posting reflect the US base salary only.

The estimated base salary range for this role is $140,000-$188,000.

Additionally, this role may be eligible to participate in TRM’s equity plan.

Please note – we factor in the different costs for geographies outside the United States.

Application Instructions

If you’re interested in joining TRM, we encourage you to apply directly. Applying directly is the best way to ensure you’re considered.

What to Expect From Our Interview Process

Our process is designed to understand how you think, solve problems, and deliver impact, while giving you the opportunity to evaluate TRM. Most interview processes include a case study, AI skills assessment, and Leadership Principles interview.

Recruiter Intro: Explore your experience, motivations, and alignment with the role.

Hiring Manager: Dive deeper into your relevant experience, skills, and impact.

First Round: Typically 1–2 interviews focused on the skills most critical to the role.

Final Round: Meet some of the people you'd be working with. That promise shows up in how we work every day.

TRM moves quickly. We are a high velocity, high ownership team that expects clarity, follow-through, and impact. People who thrive here are energized by hard problems, experimentation, and continuous feedback. If something takes months elsewhere, it will ship here in days.

Our work sits at the intersection of AI, national security, and fighting crime. The problems are complex, the stakes are real, and the environment evolves quickly. The pace and intensity of the work reflect the importance of the mission. As a result, the way we operate requires a high level of ownership, adaptability, collaboration, and creative problem-solving.

At TRM, you should expect:

Priorities and targets to change quickly as we experiment and iterate

Work that often requires operating with a high degree of ambiguity

A high level of personal ownership and accountability

Close collaboration across teams and functions

Frequent, high-touch communication

Creative problem solving and out-of-the-box thinking

A pace that rewards urgency, adaptability, and outcomes

This environment is energizing for people who enjoy building, solving hard problems, and making progress in situations that are not always fully defined. It also requires comfort navigating ambiguity, adjusting course as new information emerges, and maintaining focus and positivity in a fast-moving and intense environment.

We also recognize that this style of operating is not for everyone. If you are primarily optimizing for predictability or a consistently balanced workload, we encourage you to use the interview process to pressure test whether this environment is truly the right fit. We want teammates who thrive here, not just survive here.

At the same time, many people find this work deeply rewarding. If you are excited by meaningful problems, motivated by ambitious goals, and energized by working alongside mission-driven colleagues, there is a good chance you will find TRM to be an exceptional place to grow and contribute. We expect every team member to use AI to accelerate and reimagine their craft, not just automate surface tasks.

At TRM, AI fluency means you are among the top 10 percent of operators in your function in how you apply AI to:

Accelerate repeatable workflows

Structure and solve problems

Improve output quality

Increase speed and leverage

You will be evaluated on applied AI fluency during the interview process.

Leadership Principles

We hire and grow against three leadership principles. They’re the standards for how we operate, treat each other, and make decisions.

Impact-Oriented Trailblazer: We put customers first and move with speed, focus, and adaptability. We treat every plan like an experiment – test, ship, measure, and iterate quickly.

Master Craftsperson: We care deeply about our craft. We balance speed with high standards, own outcomes end‑to‑end, and invest in getting better everyday.

Inspiring Colleague: We add clarity and energy, not noise. We bring humility, candor, and a one‑team mindset — giving and receiving feedback to make the team stronger.

Join our Mission

At TRM, we care deeply about our craft. We are looking for individuals who want their work to matter, who experiment with speed and rigor, and who take pride in building a safer world for billions of people.
Growth Marketer (6-Month Contract)

Location: Remote - US

About Worldly

Worldly is the world’s most comprehensive impact intelligence platform — delivering real data to businesses on impacts within their supply chain. Worldly is trusted by 40,000 global brands, retailers, and manufacturers to provide the single source of ESG intelligence they need to accelerate business and industry transformation.

Through strategic and meaningful customer relationships, Worldly provides key insights around supplier performance, product impact, trends analysis, and compliance. When a company wants to change how business is done, we enable that systemic shift.

Backed by a dedicated global team of individuals aligned by values, Worldly proudly operates as a public benefit corporation with backing from mission-aligned investors. Want to learn more? Read our story.

About The Role

Worldly is hiring a contractor to execute our growth marketing campaigns and report on how they perform. This is a hands-on execution role embedded in our marketing team. You take campaigns from brief to launch to results readout: you build the emails and HubSpot workflows, launch the LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns, set up the landing pages, QA everything, and pull the reports that tell us what worked.

You will also own answer engine optimization (AEO). Our buyers now do a lot of their research in tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews, and we want to know how Worldly shows up in those answers. You will measure it, track it over time, and run the plan to improve how often and how accurately we get cited.

This is a position for one person working with the marketing team. It is not a project for an agency or a consultancy, and it is not a fractional gig you fit in around other clients. If you would be subcontracting the work or bringing a team, this is not the right fit.

What You'll Do

Campaign execution

Execute campaigns end-to-end across paid, email, organic, events support, and content syndication, aimed at high-value accounts and buying committees in the consumer goods sector.

Do the hands-on work yourself: configure HubSpot workflows, launch and manage LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns, build landing pages, and QA every asset before it goes live.

Support account-based marketing (ABM) programs (1:many and 1:few) with our Growth (sales) team, targeting the decision-makers at the accounts sales cares about most.

Run a test-and-learn motion: launch small, measure, retire what is not working, and scale what is. Experiments need to show positive returns to earn a larger budget.

Campaign reporting and performance

Own campaign reporting and dashboards in HubSpot and Google Analytics, including attribution, lead quality, and pipeline contribution across the funnel (Lead, MQL, SAL, SQL).

Deliver a weekly performance readout to marketing and sales. Tell us plainly what is working, what is not, and where you would recommend we move the budget.

Keep campaign workflows and reporting infrastructure clean and reliable, with a clear marketing-to-sales handoff and feedback loop.

AEO: measure, track, and improve

Measure and track Worldly’s visibility in AI answer engines: how often we get cited, our share of voice against competitors, and how accurately Worldly (and the Higg Index, available through Worldly) is described.

Build and maintain an AEO scorecard, reported monthly, so we can see whether we are gaining or losing ground.

Develop and execute AEO improvement plans: content recommendations, page structure and schema changes, whatever makes Worldly content easier for AI engines to find and cite. You work with our content and web owners to actually ship the fixes.

We'd Like to See

6+ years of hands-on B2B SaaS marketing execution, including demand generation and ABM campaigns you personally built, launched, and reported on.

Expertise in our stack: HubSpot (workflows, email, reporting), WordPress (website), LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Google Analytics. ABM platform experience (ZoomInfo) a plus.

Working knowledge of AEO/GEO: you have measured how brands show up in AI answer engines and improved it, or you are an experienced SEO practitioner who has extended into AI search and can show results.

Strong analytical and reporting habits. You are comfortable with pipeline metrics and attribution, and you can explain results to sales and marketing leaders without a glossary.

You have worked closely with sales teams before and delivered leads they actually wanted.

Fluent with AI tools and genuinely excited to experiment with them. You already use AI daily in your own marketing work.

Available full-time (roughly 40 hours per week) with overlap across U.S. and APAC business hours, based in the U.S., and able to work as an independent contractor.

Contract Details

Hours: 40 hours per week

Compensation: $75 - $100 hourly

Location: Remote

Contract Details: This role will start as a 6-month contract. Worldly reserves the right to end the contract with 30 days' notice. Depending on company strategy and performance, this contractor role has the potential to extend into a longer-term contract or convert to an FTE position.

Life at Worldly

Our team is motivated to transform the way products are made. By helping our customers succeed in a new era of sustainable production, we are able to build technology that makes a difference on a planetary level.

Our team represents over 15 countries, and brings unique experiences from technology to farming to the table. Surround yourself with kind, enthusiastic, and dedicated people who put collaboration and growth at the center of our shared goals.

General Travel Notice

Roles at Worldly may require occasional travel to support business needs, including but not limited to team collaboration, customer engagement, or company events.

Equity Statement

We believe it’s essential to reflect the diversity of those we strive to serve. True innovation happens when everyone has room at the table, including the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel. We’re dedicated to building a culturally and experientially diverse team that leads and works with empathy and respect.

🚀 About Nivoda

Nivoda is a fast-growing B2B marketplace that is transforming the global diamond and gemstone industry. We connect buyers and sellers across the world, processing $300M+ in annual transactions and unlocking a $350B industry opportunity. We move fast, think big, and care deeply about the businesses and people we serve.

🌍 Our Mission

The diamond trading industry has historically been fragmented, opaque, and inaccessible. Nivoda was founded to change that: to empower businesses of all sizes and locations to participate in a fair, efficient global marketplace. Every line of code, every integration, every automation we build brings us closer to that mission.

About the Role

We are looking for a Product Marketing Lead to own how Nivoda explains itself: the positioning, the messaging, and the story that makes independent jewellers understand why we are worth switching to. This is the foundation the rest of marketing is built on, from paid campaigns to sales conversations. You will define who we are for, what we say, and why it lands, and then arm the whole go-to-market team to say it consistently.

This is a hands-on role. You will own positioning and messaging, lead the go-to-market for new product launches, sharpen our competitive edge, and build the sales enablement that turns interest into customers.

You will start as a senior individual contributor with real ownership of product marketing end to end. As the company grows there is room to build a function beneath you, but this is a role for a builder who wants to do the work, not just direct it.

What would you be doing?

Own Nivoda’s positioning and messaging: define who we are for, the problems we solve, and the words we use, and keep them sharp as the business evolves.

Lead the go-to-market for product launches. Shape the narrative, coordinate across teams, and make sure new features land with the jewellers they are built for.

Build the competitive intelligence that keeps us ahead: understand the alternatives jewellers weigh, and give the team the arguments that win.

Arm our sales team with the enablement they need, from one-pagers and decks to talk tracks, so every conversation tells a consistent and compelling story.

Own the messaging and narrative on our core product and positioning pages, partnering with the teams who own the website and the signup experience.

Shape our pricing and packaging story so the value is obvious and easy to say yes to.

Feed clear, tested messaging into demand gen and content, so campaigns ladder up to one coherent point of view without ever feeling like an ad.

Ground everything in customer truth: talk to jewellers, run win/loss, and turn what you learn into sharper positioning.

Partner closely with product and the growth PM so what we build and how we talk about it stay in lockstep.

What do we need from you?

5+ years in product marketing, ideally at a B2B or marketplace company, with a track record of positioning and launches that moved the business.

You are a builder. You would rather write the messaging, run the launch, and ship the deck than hand it off.

Exceptional writing and storytelling. You can take something complex and make it simple, sharp, and persuasive.

A strategic head for positioning: you can define a market, a segment, and a wedge, and defend your choices.

Comfort with data and customer research. You start from evidence, not opinion.

You work well across functions, especially with sales and product, and you build trust quickly.

Comfort as a senior IC on a small team, building process where none exists, with the ambition to grow a function over time.

You are AI forward, always testing new tools, and learnings new applications of AI to improve your efficiency and effectiveness

Nice to have

Experience marketing to small business owners, retailers, or a trade audience.

A marketplace, self-serve, or product-led growth background.

Sales enablement experience for an SDR or inside-sales motion.

Experience running competitive intelligence or win/loss programs.

A real interest in jewellery, retail, or craft, or the curiosity to fall for the space quickly.

Our culture and what we offer

We're a high-growth company in an exponential expansion phase. We move fast, operate with low hierarchy, and give people real ownership from day one. If you want to work somewhere you can genuinely shape things: not just maintain them: Nivoda is the place.

Our current benefits

🕐 Flexible working hours and vibrant company culture

🏡 Remote work

📈 Opportunities for growth and learning

🌴 Unlimited holiday allowance

🚀 Chance to join during our exponential expansion phase

Equal Opportunity

Nivoda is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. Even if it seems you don't meet 100% of our musts, don't let that stop you from applying: we hire for potential and mindset, not just a checklist.

Please submit your CV in English.

Not quite the right role?

If this role isn't for you but you're excited about Nivoda, join our Talent Pool and we'll reach out when something's a better fit: nivoda.com/talent-pool
