About Vercel:

Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company. We free people and agents to ship what’s next.

For more than a decade, Vercel has shaped how the web is built. As the team behind Next.js, v0, and AI SDK, we create products that help builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.

Now, software is entering a new era, and the next generation of products will not just be used by people. They will be built, extended, and operated by agents.

We are building the platform for that future, trusted by companies like OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide. Whether you’re building our products, supporting our customers, growing our community, or shaping our story, you’ll help define what comes next.

About the Role:

You will own product design for Vercel Marketplace and Vercel Connect, the products that help developers and agents discover, provision, and connect external services to their workloads running on Vercel. You will design both sides of the ecosystem: builders choosing and managing services, and partners creating and operating integrations across the Vercel dashboard, CLI, API-driven agent flows, v0, and partner tools.

Both products are live, with active customers and partners. You will improve current journeys while defining how integrations and agent access should work next.

You will report into Design and collaborate with a Product Manager and dedicated engineering team. We’re considering candidates at both the Senior and Staff level and will calibrate level based on experience and demonstrated scope and impact.

If you’re based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF, NY, London, or Berlin), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. If you're located beyond that distance, the role is fully remote. For location-specific details, please connect with our recruiting team.

What You Will Do:

 • Own the builder and partner experiences across discovery, installation, billing, management, and removal, and shape what the team builds next with Product and Engineering.
 • Define how developers and agents discover, provision, configure, and use databases, services, and integrations across Marketplace and Connect.
 • Turn OAuth, permissions, environments, credentials, billing, and provider constraints into experiences that feel simple without hiding details that matter.
 • Build and test working prototypes independently, using coding agents to explore product behavior and technical constraints.
 • Work directly with customers and partners, using research, support signals, and product data to find opportunities, define success measures, and prove improvements through experiments.
 • Work through implementation with engineers and maintain quality through launch and iteration.
 • There is no mature design playbook here. Create the reusable patterns and structure Marketplace and Connect need, and adjust course as evidence arrives.
 • Take on foundational product problems, including provider dependencies and platform operations. Some high-impact work will be largely invisible to users.

About You:

 • Your portfolio makes your contribution, decisions, shipped outcomes, and impact after launch easy to understand.
 • You have independently owned ambiguous, technically complex product work from problem framing through launch and iteration.
 • You reason about systems while maintaining a high bar for interaction and visual craft.
 • You use qualitative and quantitative evidence, define success measures, and change direction when evidence challenges the hypothesis.
 • You make complex products feel clear and trustworthy, including edge cases, recovery, language, and accessibility.
 • You work directly with Product and Engineering, read APIs or code when useful, and explain tradeoffs clearly.
 • You independently use coding agents to prototype interactions, inspect implementation, and learn unfamiliar systems. Curiosity and agency with these tools are required.

Production engineering experience is not required. We care more about product judgment, craft, ownership, and how quickly you learn a technical system.

Bonus If You:

 • Have designed a marketplace, integrations platform, partner ecosystem, or other multi-sided product.
 • Understand OAuth, permissions, secrets, billing, developer tooling, or infrastructure products.
 • Have shipped AI or agent experiences, especially workflows that move between human approval and autonomous action.
 • Have an engineering background or experience contributing production web code.

Benefits:

 • Competitive compensation package, including equity.
 • Inclusive Healthcare Package.
 • Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
 • Flexible Time Off.
 • We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.

The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $172,000 - $258,000. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role. Your recruiter can share more details during the hiring process.

Vercel is committed to fostering and empowering an inclusive community within our organization. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, gender expression or identity, sexual orientation, national origin, citizenship, age, marital status, veteran status, disability status, or any other characteristic protected by law. Vercel encourages everyone to apply for our available positions, even if they don't necessarily check every box on the job description.

Designed to look striking and feel effortless to fill out, Typeform drives 500 million responses every year—and integrates with essential tools like Slack, Zapier, and Hubspot.

About Typeform

Typeform helps people create better conversations at scale.

Millions of people use Typeform to collect information, understand their customers, generate leads, run research, gather feedback, and power workflows across their businesses.

We are continuing to evolve Typeform from a form builder into a broader platform for collecting, understanding, and acting on information. AI is becoming a major part of that direction, both through experiences we build for customers and through making Typeform easier for AI agents and other products to interact with.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to help shape what comes next.

The role

As a Senior Product Manager at Typeform, you will own a meaningful product area and work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Research, Marketing, and other teams to turn customer problems and business opportunities into products people genuinely want to use.

You will be responsible for understanding the problem space, setting product direction, deciding where the team should focus, and helping the team move from insight to execution.

This is not a role where Product simply writes requirements and hands them to Engineering.

We expect our Product Managers to be close to customers, opinionated about the problems worth solving, comfortable making decisions with incomplete information, and able to bring teams together around a clear direction.

You will balance customer value, product quality, technical considerations, and commercial impact while helping the team move quickly and learn.

What you will do

Own the strategy and roadmap for a key area of the Typeform product.

Build a strong understanding of our customers, their workflows, and the problems they are trying to solve.

Identify opportunities through customer conversations, behavioural data, research, market insight, and product intuition.

Turn broad problems into clear product bets, hypotheses, and measurable outcomes.

Partner closely with Design and Engineering from discovery through delivery.

Work with Data and Research to understand customer behaviour and evaluate whether what we build is working.

Make thoughtful prioritisation decisions across customer needs, business goals, technical investment, and product quality.

Define success measures and use them to guide product decisions before and after launch.

Run experiments where appropriate and use the results to shape future product direction.

Work with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and other teams to ensure we understand the wider customer and commercial context.

Communicate product direction clearly and build alignment across teams and leadership.

Help teams move from ideas to shipped experiences without losing sight of the original customer problem.

Look beyond individual features and think about how your product area contributes to the wider Typeform platform.

Explore how AI can improve the customer experience, change existing workflows, and create new ways for customers to get value from Typeform.

What we are looking for

You have significant experience building and scaling digital products, ideally within SaaS, product led growth, collaboration software, productivity tools, or another strong product environment.

Comfortable taking on messy, ambiguous product problems and bringing structure and direction to them.

A strong focus on customer problems and outcomes, rather than jumping straight to features.

Strong product judgement, with the ability to use customer insight, data, and context to make good decisions.

Close collaboration with Engineering and Design, with product development treated as a shared discipline.

Able to set a clear product direction while staying practical about what the team should focus on next.

Confident making trade offs, making decisions, and explaining the thinking behind them.

Good judgement around when to experiment, when to research, and when there is enough evidence to move forward.

Clear communication, with the ability to adapt complex ideas for different audiences.

Commercial awareness and an understanding of how product decisions can influence activation, engagement, retention, expansion, and revenue.

Curiosity about AI and how it is changing the way products are built and how customers interact with software.

A real care for product quality and the details that shape a strong customer experience.

You might be particularly strong in one or more of these areas

We do not expect every Senior Product Manager to have the same background.

Depending on the team, relevant experience could include:

Product led growth, onboarding, activation, or retention

Creation tools, editors, builders, or content creation experiences

Platform products, APIs, integrations, or developer ecosystems

Analytics, insights, research, or data products

Pricing, packaging, payments, or monetisation

AI powered products, agents, automation, or intelligent workflows

B2B SaaS products used across multiple teams and use cases

*Typeform drives hundreds of millions of interactions each year, enabling conversational, human-centered You are the person responsible for identifying where AI can fundamentally change how your org operates, partnering with your Executive Sponsor to align on the biggest challenges, and driving measurable outcomes against them.

Think of this as a product management role where the product is your org's way of working. You'll manage the full lifecycle: understanding how work flows today, deciding where AI should reshape it, prioritizing what gets built and in what order, and ensuring what ships actually gets adopted. You'll also prototype solutions, configure agents, and prove what's possible before pulling in engineering support to scale it.

You will work closely with an AI Engineer who sits within the Enterprise AI team. Together you form a partnership: you bring the business context, process intelligence, and strategic prioritization. They bring the technical depth, production-grade delivery, and architecture decisions. You'll build working solutions at the no-code and low-code layer, and partner with the AI Engineer on the right approach, tooling, and structure.

What you'll do

Strategy & Prioritization

Own your function's AI strategy, aligned with your Executive Sponsor and business priorities. Understand which metrics matter to the org, identify what will move the needle, define how you'll measure impact, and track progress over time.

Map how work flows across your function end-to-end, including the handoffs upstream and downstream to other orgs. Identify where the real constraints are, not just the ones your team can see. Focus on the 100x problems: where could leveraging AI in a workflow let your org execute it orders of magnitude faster, or at 100x more volume than before?

Manage intake of AI requests, ideas, and pain points from across the function, including via your Champion network. Ensure every team member has a clear route to surface what they need, rather than building independently.

Prioritize strategically against business outcomes and executive guidance. Hold the line on priorities - we cannot change direction every two weeks - and ensure the AI Engineer's time is spent on the highest-impact work.

Adoption & Change Management

Reimagine, not just automate. Challenge your org to think beyond injecting AI into existing workflows. Work with Enterprise AI to spot opportunities to fundamentally rethink how work gets done.

Drive adoption and change management together with the AI Engineer. The best AI solution is worthless if nobody uses it. Create the channels, rituals, and feedback loops that make AI visible in your function: shared spaces for teams to show what they've built, regular office hours, onboarding for new hires, and celebration of wins. Own the rollout and iteration needed to make AI initiatives stick.

Coordinate with Enterprise AI to ensure your function benefits from patterns, tools, and learnings emerging across other parts of the business.

Build and bridge the Champion network in your function. Champions are the peer community that extends your reach beyond what you and the AI Engineer can deliver directly. From early in the role, identify and recruit Champions across sub-teams (5-10% time, formally agreed with their manager), run a regular Champion sync, host demos to the wider function, and act as their bridge to Enterprise AI. Champions are not your reports: you coordinate them, you don't manage them. Without this network, your reach is capped.

Hands-On Building & Agent Operations

Build AI agents using no-code and low-code platforms (e.g. Glean, Workato, similar tools). Go from idea to working prototype without waiting for engineering.

Author and iterate on skills files that define how AI agents behave. Refine instructions based on real usage and share reusable skills across the function.

Configure MCP servers and tools, giving agents access to the business systems they need. Partner with the AI Engineer on what to connect and how to do it securely.

Own your function's fleet of agents. Some agents will be used directly by people in your org. Those that aren't, you own. Either way, you're accountable for their performance: tracking KPIs, running evaluations after model or data changes, and iterating based on what you learn.

Expect to rebuild. AI tools and models evolve fast. The agent you built last month may need to be replaced, not patched. You should be comfortable sunsetting your own work when a better approach emerges, and helping your org stay current rather than attached to what exists today.

What you'll bring

Business & Strategic

Deep knowledge of your function's operations. You understand how work moves through your org, where it gets stuck, and why. You can trace a process end-to-end and explain how it connects to the teams around it.

Strategic prioritization skills. You've managed competing demands before and can make hard calls about what matters most. You think in terms of business outcomes, not activity.

A product management mindset. You naturally think about intake, backlog, iteration, and adoption. You're comfortable defining success metrics and holding yourself accountable to them.

Strong communication and influence. You'll be the person saying 'not yet' to some teams and 'think bigger' to others. You need the credibility and interpersonal skills to make both of those conversations land.

Cross-functional instincts. You default to understanding how your org's processes affect and are affected by the teams around you - not just optimising in isolation.

Experience building peer networks or communities of practice. You've recruited and sustained volunteer contributors before, whether as a guild lead, champion program owner, or community organizer. You know how to motivate people whose time you don't directly own.

Hands-On & Technical

Comfortable building with AI tools. You don't need to write production code, but you should be able to build a working agent, configure a skill, connect an MCP server, and troubleshoot when something isn't working. Think: power user, not software engineer.

Ready to learn fast. Experience with or willingness to quickly pick up no-code/low-code AI platforms, prompt engineering, and agent configuration. You'll be trained on GitLab's specific tooling, but you should arrive ready to get your hands dirty.

Strong conceptual understanding of AI capabilities - summarization, classification, generation, automation, agentic workflows - and a commitment to staying current. The landscape shifts constantly. The tools you use today may be obsolete in weeks. You stay on top of new developments so that your org's AI strategy reflects what's actually possible, not what was possible six months ago.

Ability to map data flows - structured and unstructured. Understand where agents need context, and figure out where humans should interface with automated workflows and at what steps.

About the team

You will partner closely with Enterprise AI within the Enterprise Technology & AI organization, while remaining embedded in your own function. Enterprise AI provides the technical delivery capability, platforms, and patterns. You provide the business context, prioritization, building at the no-code layer, and adoption muscle. Together, you form the core of your function's AI transformation.

The base salary range for this role’s listed level is currently for residents of the United States only. We help teams send smarter, more relevant messages using real-time behavioral data.

About the role

Hi, my name is Matt Wensing, VP Product & Design at Customer.io, and I’m looking for a Senior Product Designer to own the design of a product area end to end — from strategy through shipped pixels.

We’re a lean design team working on a sophisticated B2B platform that millions of messages flow through every day. This role is for designers who insist on owning outcomes, not just deliverables — who see implementation as part of the job, treat the design system as something they contribute to, and have a real point of view on how AI changes interaction design in their area. You’ll shape what we build within your domain, not just how it looks.

What we value

Design Craft over decoration — we care about interactions that work, flows that don’t lose users, and systems that hold up over time.

Ownership through implementation — you don’t hand off and walk away. You close the gap between design and shipped product, including in code when that’s the right tool.

AI as a design factor — we expect a thoughtful perspective on how AI changes interaction models, not just awareness that AI exists.

Candor in critique — we give and receive honest feedback because it’s the fastest path to better work.

Systems thinking over one-off solutions — we build patterns, not just screens.

What you'll do

Own the design of a product area end to end — strategy, flows, edge cases, and shipped quality.

Design flows, not just screens — identify where users will get stuck before they do, and treat self-service (onboarding, activation, recovery) as a primary discipline.

Close the gap between design and shipped product — pair with engineering during implementation, catch regressions, and contribute directly in code: Pluma components, production UI fixes, interaction prototypes.

Contribute actively to Pluma, our design system — use it well, propose extensions thoughtfully, fix inconsistencies, and step into stewardship of components adjacent to your work.

Develop a point of view on AI in your product area — prototype the interaction, not just the screen, and treat uncertainty, latency, and reversibility as real design factors.

Partner with PM and Engineering on roadmap and tradeoffs — bring UX into the conversation early, push back when it shortchanges the user, and own the quality of your area over time.

Mentor designers earlier in their career through pairing, critique, and the example set by your own work.

What we're looking for

5+ years of product design experience with a portfolio demonstrating craft, ownership, and a clear point of view on shipped work.

Strong flow literacy — you design end-to-end experiences across states, edge cases, and recovery paths, not isolated screens.

Closes the design-to-implementation gap — partners tightly with engineering, catches regressions, and contributes directly in code. Code fluency is a real and growing expectation at this level.

Experienced power user of a design system — you can describe how you’ve extended it thoughtfully, where you’ve pushed back on a pattern, and how you decide when to use a primitive vs. propose a new one.

Has designed or shipped AI-involved interfaces and can talk specifically about how you handled uncertainty, latency, or reversibility — even at small scale.

B2B SaaS experience with complex, data-driven interfaces — you understand systems, not just screens.

Strong communication and critique skills — brings rationale to decisions, gives feedback that improves the work, and can change your mind when you find better evidence.

Compensation & Benefits

We believe in transparency. Starting salary for this role is $171k–$193k USD (or equivalent in local currency) depending on experience and subject to market rate adjustment.

We know our people are what make us great, and we’re committed to taking great care of them. Our inclusive benefits package supports your well-being and growth, including 100% coverage of medical, dental, vision, mental health, and supplemental insurance premiums for you and your family. We also offer 16 weeks paid parental leave, unlimited PTO, stipends for remote work and wellness, a professional development budget, and more.

See full benefits here →

Our Process

No gotchas, no trick questions — just a clear, human process designed to help both of us make an informed decision.

Recruiter Screen — 30 minutes

HM Screen — 45 minutes

Portfolio Review — 45 minutes

Case & Case Review — 60 minutes

All final candidates will be asked to complete a background check and employment verifications as part of our pre-employment process.

Customer.io recognizes the stifling impact of systemic injustice on diverse communities. We commit to using our influence to increase inclusion and equity within the tech industry. We strive to build an inclusive team culture, implement bias-free hiring practices, and develop community partnerships to expand our global impact.

Zoom is the only video conference platform that we use, virtual interviews will be conducted using the video capability (i.e., not via the chat), and offers will be extended in writing on official Customer.io letterhead. Please be vigilant in all of your job search activity, and if you have any questions please contact [email protected].

Join us!

Check out our careers page for more information about why you should come work with us! We believe in empathy, transparency, responsibility, and, yes, a little awkwardness.

About Mesh

At Mesh, our mission is to enable consumers to pay and be paid with any asset. Today, trillions of dollars in tokenized assets exist but remain largely unusable for everyday commerce. Mesh is bridging this gap by making crypto payments reliable, useful, and ubiquitous. We combine a powerful orchestration engine with a seamless consumer app to unlock liquidity for the world. Backed by leading investors like PayPal Ventures, Paradigm, and Galaxy Ventures, we are building the infrastructure for the next era of the global economy. Join us!

Overview

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our 'Core' team. This team builds the foundational infrastructure that handles crypto transfers, bridging logic, and network connectivity. Your initial mandate will be to aggressively expand Mesh's footprint by leading our integration strategy for Centralized Exchanges (CEXs) and Web3 Wallets.

Here is the truth about what it takes to succeed in this role: you must possess raw intellectual horsepower, a deep pride in the quality of your work, and a relentless, undeniable work ethic. Some Web3 experience is preferred; exceptional execution is mandatory. We will teach you the crypto infrastructure. If you can drop into a highly complex, ambiguous technical domain, figure out how it works, and start driving outcomes immediately, you belong here.

What You'll Do

Ownership: You are the execution engine for the Core team. If a process is broken, you fix it. If an engineering team is blocked, you unblock them. You take pride in sweating the details that others ignore.

Expand the Network: Own the execution for expanding Mesh's coverage of external platforms. You will figure out how to integrate new crypto exchanges and standardize connections with self-custodial wallets.

Architect for Scale: Partner with our Head of Core and senior engineers to ensure that as we add dozens of new connections, our routing logic remains standardized, scalable, and secure. You will write crystal-clear specs and map out edge cases.

High Leverage & Efficiency: You ruthlessly optimize and automate your own operational workflows. You treat your time as the company's most valuable resource, utilizing modern tools (AI, scripts, automations) to scale your output so you can focus on high-impact problem-solving.

Cross-Functional Velocity: Collaborate tightly with Engineering and Business Development to prioritize the right integrations and ensure our core connectivity meets the SLAs required by our enterprise clients.

Who You Are

Experience: 3+ years of building and shipping hard things. Traditional technical PM experience is preferred but not strictly required.

Intellectual Horsepower: You are a rapid learner who can quickly deconstruct complex systems (APIs, ledgers, financial routing) and explain them simply.

Relentless Drive: You have a demonstrated history of working incredibly hard and caring deeply about the output of your work. You do not wait to be told what to do.

Systems Thinking: You are highly comfortable reading technical documentation, discussing API payloads, and debating architectural tradeoffs with engineers. You don't need to write code, but you must be able to design systems.

The annual base salary range for this role is $186,000 - $241,000 in San Francisco and New York. The compensation range provided may span multiple career levels and will be narrowed during the interview process based on factors including a candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location. For candidates outside of San Francisco and New York, compensation will be adjusted to reflect the applicable market and location-based pay band. The base salary range listed excludes commission (if applicable), equity, and benefits. The pay range represents the minimum and maximum target for new-hire compensation. Actual compensation may vary and may be higher or lower depending on individual circumstances.

Why You’ll Love It Here

At Mesh, you're not stepping into a typical role—you're joining a rocket ship in mid-liftoff. You'll tackle complex, meaningful problems that actually move an industry forward, working alongside a sharp, motivated team that moves quickly, collaborates deeply, and expects everyone to operate with ownership. This is the kind of place where you'll see your work ship fast, make real impact, and be able to point to something and say, 'I built that.' You'll grow fast, level up your skills, and get a front-row seat to how a high-growth company scales from the inside, with competitive comp, solid benefits, and room to stretch your craft all coming standard. If you're energized by building, learning, and shaping something big—this is where you'll want to be.

In-Office Expectations

Employees based in our San Francisco, New York, and Bangalore hubs are expected to work from the office at least 40% of the time (approximately two days per week). This expectation may vary slightly depending on role, team, and business needs. Certain roles that require closer cross-functional collaboration or operational support may have additional in-office requirements, which will be discussed during the interview process. Our hybrid approach is designed to balance meaningful in-person collaboration, team building, and real-time decision-making with the flexibility to work remotely. We believe this structure supports strong execution while preserving autonomy and focus time.

How We Care For Our Team

We believe great work happens when people feel valued and supported. That starts with competitive salary and equity that grows as you and the company grow, plus comprehensive health coverage for you and your family. We offer unlimited PTO—and we mean it. Take the time you need to recharge and show up at your best.

We're invested in your growth with a dedicated budget for courses, conferences, and certifications. Work from wherever you're most productive with our remote-friendly approach, and count on having the top-tier tools and equipment you need to do exceptional work.

Mesh Pay is committed to equal employment opportunities regardless of race, color, genetic information, creed, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, lawful alien status, national origin, age, marital status, and non-job related physical or mental disability, or protected veteran status. Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.

Airbnb was born in 2007 when two hosts welcomed three guests to their San Francisco home, and has since grown to over 5 million hosts who have welcomed over 2 billion guest arrivals in almost every country across the globe. Every day, hosts offer unique stays and experiences that make it possible for guests to connect with communities in a more authentic way.

The Community You Will Join:

At Airbnb, we're driven by our mission to create a world where anyone can belong anywhere. The Community Support (CS) Platform & Engineering team is at the forefront of this mission - building the AI systems that power world-class support experiences for millions of guests and hosts globally. We are building to a bold vision, where our AI doesn't just answer questions, but truly understands each person's unique context, mirrors the judgment and empathy of our highest-performing human agents, and delivers 10-Star support at scale.

The AI Personalization team is the intelligence layer that makes this possible. We own the full-stack systems that enable the AI to give every guest and host a response that feels written just for them.

The Difference You Will Make:

We are looking for a visionary Staff Platform Manager to lead the product strategy and execution for AI Personalization across Airbnb's customer support ecosystem. This is one of the most consequential roles in CS Platform Product: you will own the full stack of personalization, from the underlying retrieval systems to the consumer-facing AI experience, and scale it across multiple Airbnb surfaces.

The north star: enable AIA to emulate the judgment, empathy, and accuracy of Airbnb's highest-performing human agents. To achieve this, you'll build a platform that continuously enriches the AI's understanding of each user, and surfaces that understanding at the right moment, in the right form, across every channel.

This role demands a rare combination: customer experience chops to build meaningful and delightful personalized experiences, technical fluency to partner with ML engineers on contextual retrieval architectures and model prompt design, and the strategic vision to set a multi-year product roadmap that transforms how AI serves our community.

A Typical Day:

Contribute towards the long-term vision for building 10-star, personalized community support, building a platform where our AI understands each guest and host the way their best human advocate would, and responds accordingly.

Partner with data science, ML, and operations to identify new high-signal personalization signals to serve user needs

Own the product roadmap across ML models, signals, schemas, and prompt optimization to ensure the right information reaches the model in the most effective form.

Drive personalization experiment design and measurement: define KPIs (self-solve rate, personalization coverage, citation accuracy), lead experiment design, and translate results into clear product decisions.

Collaborate with ML engineers to shape requirements for accuracy, latency, and scalability improvements.

Scale personalization infrastructure across Airbnb's AI surfaces, ensuring the platform is extensible enough to serve each modality's unique needs.

Build a framework for continuous improvement: define how the team identifies personalization failures, prioritizes fixes, and systematically closes the gap between AI and human agent performance.

Collaborate across engineering, ML, design, data science, and policy to build consensus on prioritization, drive cross-functional alignment, and ship with rigor from concept to production.

Your Expertise:

9+ years of industry experience with a BS/Masters OR 6+ years with a PhD, with deep expertise in AI/ML-powered platforms at consumer scale

Strong working knowledge of personalization systems, contextual data retrieval, and LLM architectures - you can engage credibly with ML engineers on topics like RAG, retrieval optimization, and context engineering tradeoffs

Track record of building and shipping foundational platform products that power multiple downstream experiences and surfaces

Experience designing and interpreting A/B experiments and online experiment frameworks; ability to own end-to-end metrics strategy for complex AI systems

Strong capacity to synthesize ambiguous signals into clear, prioritized product decisions

Proven cross-functional leadership: able to align ML, engineering, data science, design, and operations teams around a shared vision

Experience shipping consumer-facing AI products with personalization at the core

Sharp product intuition for when AI automation should give way to human judgment, and how to design systems that make that transition seamless

Ability to work at multiple levels of abstraction - from the architecture of a retrieval system to the experience of a guest trying to resolve a cancellation dispute

Your Location:

This position is US - Remote Eligible. The role may include occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager. While the position is Remote Eligible, you must live in a state where Airbnb, Inc. has a registered entity. Click here for the up-to-date list of excluded states. Millions of companies - from the world’s largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups - use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone's reach while doing the most important work of your career.

About the team

The Product Design team defines and delivers user-facing experiences across Stripe. Product Designers work closely with engineers, product managers, researchers, strategists, operations, data scientists, and marketers to shape products from early strategy through launch and iteration.

You'll join the Risk team, where design shapes how businesses get started on Stripe, stay compliant, and grow with confidence. Stripe's ability to innovate, expand globally, and serve the world's most ambitious companies depends on world-class risk management. But great risk management requires clear, trustworthy, and surprisingly well-crafted experiences during some of the most important moments in a user's relationship with Stripe. From onboarding and verification to account health, your work will help users understand what's happening, know what to do next, and feel confident that Stripe is growing with them as a trusted partner.

Risk at Stripe is also evolving into a product pillar in its own right. As Stripe builds more modular, configurable, API-first risk capabilities, we have the opportunity to turn internal strength into external products for some of the largest and most innovative companies in the world to leverage. This role will shape that future.

What you’ll do

This role sits at the intersection of building trust in the internet economy, platform design, and new product creation, making it one of the most strategically important design opportunities at Stripe. You'll lead design across critical Risk experiences, shaping the strategy for new products, defining AI-driven and agent-friendly workflows, and setting design standards for the team. It's a strong fit for a designer who is energized by ambiguity, motivated by impact, and excited to shape the future of how businesses get started and grow on Stripe.

Shape the future of Risk at Stripe, from core user journeys to entirely new product surfaces

Design experiences that help users onboard quickly, stay compliant, and manage risk with clarity and control

Partner with product, engineering, policy, operations, and research to define both near-term improvements and longer-term opportunities

Raise the craft bar in a domain where quality and trust matter deeply

Work across dozens of teams to create beautiful patterns for risk and compliance experiences across Stripe

Responsibilities

Explore, shape, and prototype new ideas and products

Influence strategy through strong product thinking, storytelling, and design judgment

Lead design on complex, cross-functional problems with multiple stakeholders and constraints

Collaborate across the Risk team and the wider Stripe design team to influence the shape and visual standards for all product surfaces

Help other Risk designers and cross-functional partners raise the bar on craft, and adopt systems thinking

Who you are

We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.

Minimum requirements

12+ years of experience designing products

A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent craft, systems thinking, and end-to-end design, including a strong understanding of AI tools

Experience leading complex product work in close partnership with product management and engineering

Experience shaping ambiguous spaces and driving clarity through design

A track record of influencing cross-functional teams and product direction

Preferred qualifications

Thrive in environments where the opportunity spans systems, strategy, and 0-1 product thinking

Enjoy turning complex systems, policies, and edge cases into elegant product experiences

Are energized by ambiguous, strategic problem spaces—not just well-defined execution

Are an influential storyteller who can align partners around a clear point of view

Can move fluidly between big-picture thinking and interaction-level craft

Know how to build trust through design, especially in high-stakes or sensitive user moments

Work well across disciplines and build credibility with technical, operational, and policy-oriented partners
