About ElevenLabs

ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology.

We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $11B - multiples of 11, always.

We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:

  • ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
  • ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
  • ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.

Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.

How we work

  • High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
  • Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.
  • AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.
  • Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.
  • Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.

What we offer

  • Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
  • Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.
  • Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend.
  • Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.
  • Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy.
  • Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.

About the role

ElevenLabs is building the most advanced AI audio platform in the world. Millions of creators, developers, and businesses use our products, and organic search and our website are among the most important sources of new users and customers at the company.

That organic engine was built primarily for our Creative Platform and self-serve users. This role builds the B2B one.

We are looking for a B2B SEO/AEO Lead to own organic growth for the business buyer across everything we sell — our Agents platform, our developer and API products, and our enterprise offering. Agents is the most immediate opportunity and where you would start, but the mandate is the whole B2B surface: the low-volume, high-intent keywords business buyers actually search, the pages and content that capture them & our visibility inside ChatGPT, Gemini and other answer engines.

This is a hands-on, highly autonomous role. You will do your own keyword research, build and improve pages yourself, vibe code the tooling you need, write and direct content, and analyse your own impact.

The right person has done SEO for a B2B software company where the goal was pipeline rather than sessions. You are comfortable justifying a page with modest search volume because you know what those visitors are worth, and you are as comfortable with the AI search surface as with Google. You use AI as your primary means of production, and you have a quality bar high enough that it never shows.

What you will do

  • Own the low-volume, high-intent keyword universe for our B2B products — starting with Agents, then across API and enterprise
  • Own AEO and the approach to measuring it effectively
  • Build and ship pages yourself and with the help of growth engineers, including programmatic page sets across verticals, use cases and comparison intents
  • Turn new product launches, use cases and customer stories into pages, FAQs and content, working directly with our product marketing managers
  • Help direct the B2B half of our content calendar with our Growth Content Writer
  • Build the reporting that makes B2B organic impact legible, and report it in pipeline

Requirements

  • Experience owning SEO for a B2B software company
  • Strong keyword judgment at the bottom of the funnel
  • Hands-on and independent: comfortable working with AI tools, vibe coding, improving existing tooling & shipping fast
  • Real, current experience improving visibility in AI search
  • Comfortable with content: you can write, brief and edit to a high standard

Bonus

  • Programmatic SEO at scale
  • Experience marketing to both developers and business buyers
  • Experience in voice AI, CX, contact centre, or developer tools categories
  • Experience working alongside a B2B sales team and translating buyer conversations into content
  • Multi-language and international SEO
  • A portfolio of side projects, automations or programmatic sites you have launched

Growth potential

We believe in hiring the best talent in the world to make an impact in the right role at the right time. At ElevenLabs, strong performance creates opportunities for growth. Here are some of the career paths you can expect after excelling in this role:

  • Own B2B organic growth as a function, with a team of writers and page builders
  • Lead the strategy and technical direction for organic and AI search across all of ElevenLabs
  • Expand into broader ownership of the B2B growth funnel
  • Take ownership of company-level acquisition and pipeline metrics

Location

This role is remote and can be executed globally. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in London, New York, Madrid, Warsaw and many more.

#LI-Remote

We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.

<p>We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.<br><br>We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.<br><br>World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.</p><p>Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. <h2>Head of Product Marketing Remote </h2> <h3>The Company</h3> <p>Akuity is a Sunnyvale, CA-based business founded to provide software delivery for enterprises. With generative AI accelerating code creation, the new bottleneck is application delivery. Akuity's customer growth is driven by enterprise companies that need governance and compliance at scale, and by AI-native companies, including AI infrastructure and cloud companies, that rely on scalability, security, and speed to compete in the market.</p><p>Akuity was founded by the original creators of the Argo and Kargo projects. With 30K+ GitHub stars, Argo is one of the most widely adopted projects in the Kubernetes ecosystem: more than 70% of organizations running Kubernetes have adopted Argo CD. Kargo, a more recent project, has helped to define the Continuous Promotion category and has emerged as a category leader.</p><h3>The Opportunity</h3> <p>Akuity is looking for a Head of Product Marketing to build and lead the product marketing function from the ground up. This is a foundational hire: the person in this role will lead the product and company narrative, set the strategic direction for how Akuity positions itself against category competitors, and build the messaging frameworks, launch processes, and enablement systems that scale with the company.</p><p>The role reports into the VP of Marketing, partners directly with the CEO and product leadership on positioning and launch strategy, and works closely with Sales and Community/Dev Relations to translate technical differentiation into buyer-ready value propositions.</p><p>Akuity's products, users, and buyers are a deeply technical audience. This role requires genuine curiosity about the underlying technology (GitOps, Kubernetes, progressive delivery) and the credibility to engage directly with engineers, platform teams, and technical buyers, not just marketing stakeholders.</p><h3>Key job responsibilities</h3> <ul><li>Own and evolve Akuity's top-level messaging and positioning across the product portfolio, ensuring a consistent, differentiated narrative across every customer touchpoint.</li><li>Set the strategy for major product launches, including go-to-market timing, narrative arc, and cross-functional coordination across Product, Sales, and Community/Dev Relations.</li><li>Build and scale the core content and enablement infrastructure for GTM: messaging frameworks, competitive battlecards, sales playbooks, presentations, case studies, and proof points.</li><li>Partner directly with the CEO and product leadership to shape how the company tells its story to press, analysts, investors, and the broader market.</li><li>Establish and run a competitive intelligence practice, tracking category shifts and ensuring Akuity's positioning stays ahead of competitors rather than reactive to them.</li><li>Define what 'customer proof' looks like at Akuity and build the systems (case studies, reference programs, proof points) to capture and deploy it credibly across marketing and sales content.</li><li>Represent product marketing in company-wide strategic planning, providing the voice of the market and the buyer in roadmap and business decisions.</li><li>Hire, develop, and eventually manage a small product marketing team as the function scales.</li><li>Establish the metrics and reporting cadence that demonstrate product marketing's impact on pipeline, win rates, and sales velocity.</li></ul> <h3>Basic Qualifications</h3> <ul><li>7+ years of product marketing experience, including at least 2+ years in a technical product company at Series A/B stage or comparable growth stage.</li><li>Track record of building a product marketing function or a major GTM motion (launch process, competitive program, sales enablement system) from scratch.</li><li>Experience using data and metrics to demonstrate marketing's impact on pipeline and revenue outcomes.</li><li>Experience building, executing, and scaling marketing campaigns from concept through measurable results.</li><li>Comfortable with core marketing tools (HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager) and able to set reporting standards for a growing team.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work directly with executive leadership (CEO, VP Product, VP Sales) on strategic narrative and positioning decisions.</li></ul> <h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3> <ul><li>Experience in open-source-adjacent, developer tools, or infrastructure/Kubernetes-ecosystem companies. </li><li>Experience managing and scaling relationships with external content or creative agencies. </li><li>Experience building and managing a product marketing team, including hiring and developing early-career PMMs. </li><li>Experience presenting to and influencing investor audiences.</li></ul> <h3>Why Akuity?</h3> <p>We are positioned to win in today's market. Software delivery is more important today than ever. With generative AI accelerating code creation, the new bottleneck is application delivery.</p><p>The Akuity culture values humility, authenticity, and diversity. We want to work with people of different backgrounds and experiences and we trust our team members to take responsibility, share ownership, and collaborate as teammates. We seek collaborative, inquisitive, and dedicated individuals to join our team.</p><p>Akuity is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regards to race, religion, color, national origin, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions), sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, gender expression, transgender status, sexual stereotypes, age, status as a protected veteran, status as an individual with a disability, or other applicable legally protected characteristics.</p>

We’re a fully remote, high-documentation, low-meeting culture, which means more time for what matters in both your professional and personal life. The team agrees — our employee NPS is in the high 80s.</p><h2>About the role</h2><p>Twice a year, we bring our fully remote team of ~175 people together in an incredible destination. We go all out on these trips, and the team gets excited about them months in advance. <a href='https://app.notion.com/p/311649ed556d4a86b5f3a219412cb959?pvs=21'>Read more about them in our public handbook</a>.</p><p>We’ve traveled together to Mexico City, Lisbon, Medellin, Vail, and Santa Barbara.
