The mission of The New York Times is to seek the truth and help people understand the world. That means independent journalism is at the heart of all we do as a company. It’s why we have a world-renowned newsroom that sends journalists to report on the ground from nearly 160 countries. It’s why we focus deeply on how our readers will experience our journalism, from print to audio to a world-class digital and app destination. And it’s why our business strategy centers on making journalism so good that it’s worth paying for.

About the Role, Mission or Department Overview

Wirecutter is seeking an editor to lead programming and personalization for our ecommerce initiatives, with a particular emphasis on the Wirecutter Store. You will be the editorial lead for how we talk about the Store — crafting language, frameworks, and campaigns that invite readers in, explain what the Store is, and bring them back during major editorial moments throughout the year.

As audience editor for ecommerce, programming, and personalization, you will focus on three core areas: messaging, copy, and alignment with stakeholders around big editorial moments; audience strategy, lifecycle flows, and personalization rooted in our standards; and editorial programming and email support that tightly links our journalism to new platforms.

As an audience editor, you will report to Wirecutter's deputy director of newsletters and programming, and collaborate closely with colleagues across newsletters and programming, audience at large, Wirecutter's newsroom, as well as our commerce, marketing, product, and analytics teams.

You will drive the editorial voice of Store-related messaging, build and maintain a unified promo calendar, and design tests and experiments to deepen engagement while valuing Wirecutter's standards for independence and trust.

You'll bring thoughtful editorial judgment, comfort working with data, and a sense of how lifecycle messaging, personalization, and on-site experiences can work together to serve readers.

This role has the potential to be remote, though New York City–based applicants are preferred.

Responsibilities:

 • Drive the voice and editorial quality of Wirecutter Store-related messaging across channels: Write and line-edit copy for newsletters, lifecycle flows, push, SMS, on-site promos, and Wirecutter Store entry points with deep editorial rigor and collaboration across partner teams.
 • Support the editorial quality of product detail pages (PDPs) on the Wirecutter Store:
 • Create messaging frameworks for major Store moments (launches, tentpoles, seasonal pushes) so readers understand what the Store is and why they should trust it.
 • Partner with marketing to ensure users are engaged at every touchpoint in the lifecycle, from acquisition campaigns to transactional emails and targeted promos.
 • Create and maintain a Store messaging style guide that aligns with Wirecutter's voice and company-wide Store goals, including guidelines for CTAs, subject lines, and promotional framing.
 • Contribute to overall Wirecutter newsletters and programming responsibilities — especially during major moments where it connects to the Store (i.e. gifting season; deal events).
 • Work closely with product and data to understand how we are engaging readers across surfaces, and design editorial experiments to better reach and engage with them based on behaviors — particularly in inboxes
 • Continuously test and optimize messaging (subject lines, CTAs, timing, sequencing) to improve engagement while staying rooted in our standards and reporting.
 • Maintain a unified Store messaging and promo calendar that's integrated with Wirecutter's broader editorial, promotional, and major deal events strategy, rather than running on a separate track.
 • Work closely with edit leadership and in collaboration with cross-functional teams like marketing and product to design reader journeys that connect journalism to the Store to follow-ups in a way that feels personal, useful, and closely connected to overall editorial reader journeys.
 • Perform related work as assigned.
 • Demonstrate support and understanding of our value of journalistic independence and a strong commitment to our mission to seek the truth and help people understand the world.
 • You will report to the Deputy Director, Newsletters and Programming, NYT Wirecutter.

Basic Qualifications:

 • 5+ years in a newsroom, audience, or editorial marketing role with substantial experience in writing, editing, or programming for digital audiences.
 • Demonstrated experience with email newsletters, lifecycle or CRM programs, or other audience-led messaging channels; familiarity with ecommerce or product-focused journalism.
 • Excellent editorial judgment, line-editing skills, and a strong sense of how to translate rigorous reporting into clear, compelling, and trustworthy copy.
 • Proven ability to use analytics, A/B testing, and audience insights to inform messaging decisions and iterate on subject lines, CTAs, timing, and personalization.

Preferred Qualifications:

 • Comfort working cross-functionally with product, marketing, commerce, data, and creative partners, and an ability to advocate for reader-first, journalism-informed decisions.
 • Strong organizational and project-management skills, including experience maintaining calendars, managing complex campaigns, and keeping multiple stakeholders aligned.
 • A deep interest in Wirecutter's mission and a commitment to upholding our standards for independence, rigor, and service journalism in all Store-related communications.

This position is represented by the NewsGuild of NY.

About Us

Qualio is a unified quality and compliance management platform that helps regulated organizations get products to market faster with reduced risk. Trusted by biopharma, medtech, and diagnostics companies worldwide, Qualio eliminates fragmented systems that create audit delays and compliance blind spots. Our platform enables audit readiness in weeks through multi-standard automated gap analysis and evidence reuse across ISO and FDA requirements. Qualio is ISO 27001, ISO 9001, and ISO 27701 certified, reflecting our commitment to security, quality, and privacy.

The Qualio team is all-remote, and currently distributed across North America, Europe and Australia.

What's the opportunity?

Pipeline generation is at the heart of Qualio’s growth strategy. We are shifting to a full-funnel, AI-native demand engine that supports three distinct motions: net new platform, expansion into the installed base, and servicing the next generation of pharma, biotech and medical device companies

The Director of Demand Generation owns that engine. You design the programs, run the channels, and drive the pipeline coverage that the revenue org depends on. You work in close partnership with the BDR team, RevOps, Product Marketing, and Sales to make sure every motion is coordinated and every budget dollar is traceable to pipeline impact.

This is not a role for someone who runs campaigns. It is a role for someone who builds systems, thinks in funnels, experiments relentlessly, and treats AI as infrastructure, not a feature.

What will I be doing?

Manage a team to build and run a full-funnel demand engine with AI at its core. Design programs that cover all three sales motions: net new platform, installed base expansion, and enterprise. Every workflow you build starts with the question of where AI can remove friction, increase throughput, or surface signal earlier. You do not add AI on top of existing processes. You redesign the process with AI as a foundational input, and you document the before and after so others can follow.

Partner with the BDR team to drive outbound pipeline quality. You provide ICP-fit targeting, campaign context, intent signals, and qualification intelligence that makes their outreach sharper. You work with the BDR team on scoring logic, sequence strategy, and the feedback loop between outbound activity and pipeline outcomes. When outbound is not working, you figure out why together.

Run structured experiments and build a learning culture. You treat every channel as a hypothesis. You set up tests with clear success criteria, document outcomes whether they work or not, and make it easy for the rest of the team to learn from what you build. You are comfortable killing programs that do not perform.

Own channel strategy and budget allocation. You have managed paid, organic, outbound, content syndication, and events channels simultaneously. You make investment decisions from contribution data. You use signal-based outbound tools such as Clay and intent data platforms, not broadcast sequences.

Build and maintain attribution infrastructure. Work with RevOps to keep pipeline attribution clean and trusted. CAC payback and channel contribution are metrics you can speak to in any conversation, not just reporting cycles. The GTM team should have real-time pipeline visibility every week, and you are accountable for that data being accurate and acted on.

Model AI adoption for the broader team. You do not just use AI yourself. You build workflows that others can follow, document what works, and actively help the demand gen function and BDR team raise their own AI fluency. You bring the same experimental energy to AI adoption that you bring to pipeline programs.

What skills do I need?

Pipeline ownership track record. You have been accountable for a pipeline number, not a lead number. You can talk about coverage ratios, conversion rates by stage, what drove pipeline in each period, and what you changed when it was not working. You have managed multiple channels simultaneously and made budget decisions from contribution data, not intuition.

AI-first operating mindset. You think about demand generation in terms of systems and workflows and treat AI as a design constraint, not an add-on. You have used AI tooling to materially change how campaigns are built, how leads are scored, how sequences are personalized, or how performance is reported. You can name specific tools, describe specific changes, and quantify the impact. You are not catching up on AI. You are running experiments with it now.

B2B SaaS background with life sciences advantage. You have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of demand generation experience in B2B SaaS and understand how recurring revenue models, complex buying cycles, and multi-stakeholder deals shape how demand programs are built and measured. You know the difference between a practitioner buyer and an executive buyer. Direct experience in life sciences, compliance, or regulatory tech is a meaningful advantage. If you do not have it, you demonstrate you ramp fast in technical or compliance-driven markets.

Team building track record. You have recruited, built, and managed a demand generation team before and know what good looks like at each level.

Deep fluency with modern demand gen tooling. You are comfortable with Clay, HubSpot, intent data platforms, and sales engagement tools. You understand how enrichment workflows, ICP scoring, and signal-based outreach work in practice. You can assess a MarTech stack, identify the gaps, and prioritize what to build versus what to buy.

Experimentation discipline. You run tests with clear hypotheses and clean measurement. You are not attached to any one channel or tactic. You have killed programs that others believed in because the data said they were not working. You document learnings as a default, not an afterthought.

Funnel analytics fluency. You track input metrics and output metrics. You can identify a funnel problem before sales raises it. You build dashboards that the team actually uses. You speak to the GTM team in terms of pipeline by stage and coverage ratio, not MQL counts.

Cross-functional credibility. You earn trust with sales, RevOps, CS, and BDR teams by showing up prepared, following through on commitments, and making their work easier. You operate as a strategic peer, not a campaign supplier.

Remote-first work habits. You are an excellent asynchronous communicator. You write clearly, document your thinking, and do not need structure imposed from outside. You coordinate across time zones without friction.

Benefits

Competitive salary

Matching 401k

Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits

Dependent & Health FSA, Short/Long Term Disability, Basic & Voluntary Life Insurance

Unlimited PTO policy

Company allowance for home office supplies

12 weeks paid parental leave

Opportunity to make a difference through helping life-saving products get to market

A note to candidates:

Studies have shown that women and people of color are less likely to apply for jobs unless they believe they meet every single one of the qualifications as described in a job description. We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive company and we are most interested in finding the BEST candidate for the job. That candidate may be one who comes from a less traditional background, and that’s okay. We would strongly encourage you to apply, even if you don't believe you meet every one of the qualifications described.

Kalepa

USD 115,000 - 185,000 / Year

About Kalepa:

Insurance is a $7T global industry built on professional labor: underwriting, claims, pricing, operations, and distribution. Kalepa is building AI that can perform that work.

We create professional-grade AI systems for insurers: software that can read, reason, decide, and act inside real workflows and operate over long-time horizons. Kalepa begins by augmenting professionals with the tools to succeed at their jobs. That earns us the right to learn from real decisions, capture decision traces, and automate what can be automated successfully over time.

Our products are already in production with leading insurers, driving measurable outcomes and expanding across functions. The opportunity is far broader than any single workflow: to build the AI operating system for decision-making across insurance. For people who want to work on AI that matters, in a sector where correctness, trust, and real-world impact count, Kalepa is just getting started.

Kalepa is backed by leading investors such as IA Ventures and Inspired Capital, and our team brings experience from Facebook, Palantir, Google, Amazon, McKinsey, Mastercard, and Uber.

Our Values (This is important):

Many organizations have a dusty list of corporate values that no one ever follows. Kalepa is not one of those companies. Our values are designed to unlock the potential of our employees.

Success at Kalepa is bred from five core principles:

Hustle and Determination - We hire people who take full ownership of their craft and relentlessly pursue excellence with speed and determination. We choose the hard problems and do not give up. This is the foundation of how we work and how we win.

Deliver Customer Impact - We're obsessed with customer impact. Every feature, every line of code, every decision is measured against one question: does this help insurers make better decisions? If it doesn't drive speed, accuracy, or profitability for our customers, we don't build it.

Meritocracy - We're building something exceptional, and that requires exceptional people and ideas. We have a high bar but we reward excellence with rapid growth. If you're the best at what you do, you'll thrive here.

Transparency - We value honest, transparent communication over politics. We challenge ideas, not people. We say what needs to be said, even when it's hard. This is how we solve problems fast and find the truth.

Experiment Relentlessly - Many of the problems we face have never been solved before. We tackle them by testing quickly, measuring rigorously, and iterating until we find the path forward. Speed of learning is our advantage.

In addition to our NY office, we have remote employees speaking 10+ languages across the globe. But we invest in bringing our people together both for regional meetups and global offsites (2021 - Playa Del Carmen | 2022 - Rome | 2023 - Buenos Aires | 2024 - Lisbon | 2025 - Cartagena).

Kalepa’s culture isn’t for everyone, and that’s ok. But for the people who are a fit, they can’t imagine working elsewhere.

About the role:

Base Salary: $115-$185K*

Location: Remote (USA)

We're looking for a Content Marketing Manager to own Kalepa's content strategy, thought leadership programs, and content distribution efforts. You'll be responsible for shaping our narrative, building executive and SME thought leadership, growing our audience, and developing content programs that create measurable business impact. This is not a traditional content writing role. We're looking for someone who can independently build and operate a content engine that drives awareness, credibility, audience growth, and pipeline.

You'll work directly with executives, product leaders, customers, and subject matter experts to uncover insights, develop differentiated points of view, and create content that helps establish Kalepa as the sharpest and most trusted voice at the intersection of AI and insurance.

You'll create content across a variety of formats and channels, including blogs, thought leadership, newsletters, original research, webinars, customer stories, sales enablement, and emerging content formats. Just as importantly, you'll help determine which topics, formats, channels, and programs are worth investing in next.

We believe the best candidates are naturally curious, experimental, and data-driven. We're looking for someone who enjoys testing ideas, learning quickly, and continuously raising the bar on both the quality and impact of our content.

You will report directly to the Marketing Director and play a central role in shaping Kalepa's marketing function from the ground up.

Key responsibilities:

Partner with executives, customers, and subject matter experts to identify insights, develop original points of view, and create differentiated market narratives

Write, edit, and publish high-quality content across formats including blogs, newsletters, research reports, webinars, customer stories, case studies, landing pages, sales enablement assets, and emerging content formats

Build and manage thought leadership programs for executives and subject matter experts, including content planning, interviewing, ghostwriting, publishing, and performance tracking

Own SEO and AEO initiatives to improve discoverability across traditional search engines and AI-powered answer engines

Continuously experiment with new formats, channels, and audience growth initiatives, using data to determine where Kalepa should invest further

Use AI tools responsibly to accelerate production and research while maintaining a high bar for editorial quality, accuracy, and original thinking

Track, analyze, and report on content performance, using insights to refine strategy, prioritization, and investment decisions

You'll be right at home if you:

Have 6+ years of experience in content marketing, content strategy, editorial, or thought leadership roles

Have experience building content systems, not just creating individual content assets

Have exceptional writing and editing skills, with a proven ability to simplify complex technical or industry-specific topics

Have experience creating content that supports business objectives such as SEO growth, audience growth, executive visibility, demand generation, or pipeline influence

Have strong ghostwriting capabilities and can adapt tone and voice across different stakeholders

Have excellent editorial instincts and a high standard for clarity, structure, accuracy, and quality

Are naturally curious and enjoy identifying new opportunities, testing ideas, and learning from results

Are highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously

Have experience writing data-driven stories, research-based content, or industry analysis

What you’ll get:

Competitive salary (based on experience level).

Significant equity options package.

401(k) plan with employer contribution (regardless of employee contribution)

Excellent benefits: 100% covered medical, 100% covered vision and dental, and others.

Work with an ambitious, smart, global, and fun team to transform a $7T global industry.

20 days of PTO a year.

Global team offsites (2021 - Playa del Carmen, 2022 - Rome, 2023 - Buenos Aires, 2024 - Lisbon)

Healthy living/gym stipend.
🌎 Remote (U.S. or Canada) | 💼 Full-Time | ✈️ Quarterly Travel

Open Source Community Manager

Job Title Open Source Community Manager

Location Remote

About the Role

Akuity was founded by Hong Wang, Jesse Suen, and Alexander Matyushentsev — the original co-creators of Argo CD and the Argo Project. After open-sourcing Argo in 2017 and growing it into one of the most widely adopted CNCF graduated projects in the world, they started Akuity to build the enterprise platform the GitOps ecosystem deserves. Open source isn’t a strategy for us — it’s who we are.

We’re looking for an Open Source Community Manager to own the health, growth, and engagement of our two flagship open source communities: Argo CD and Kargo. Argo CD is one of the most deployed CD tools in cloud-native infrastructure. Kargo, our newer project, is a GitOps-native continuous environment promotion tool that automates moving changes through dev, staging, and production without brittle scripts — already adopted by organizations like Deutsche Telekom, JumpCloud, and Cisco ThousandEyes.

You’ll work directly with the maintainers (including our founders), to drive our presence at key Kubernetes, CNCF and GitOps ecosystem events, and build the programs that turn users into contributors and contributors into champions. This is a senior individual contributor role with real autonomy and high visibility — both inside Akuity and across the CNCF community.

What You’ll Do

Argo CD & Kargo Community Growth

Own and execute the community strategy for both Argo CD and Kargo — defining goals, tracking health metrics, and driving measurable growth in contributors and engagement

Build contributor pathways that lower the barrier to entry: contributor guides, onboarding documentation, and regular office hours with maintainers

Nurture relationships with the CNCF, power users, active contributors, community maintainers across GitHub and related social channels

Work closely with engineering to surface community feedback, flag recurring pain points, and close the loop publicly when issues get resolved or features ship

Help shape how we communicate across both communities — release notes, changelogs, contributor newsletters, and GitHub Discussions

Events & Conferences

Shape Akuity's event presence across the Kubernetes/GitOps ecosystem — KubeCon, ArgoCon, DevOps Days, PlatformCon, and beyond — from CFP submissions and speaker prep to post-event follow-up

Own and operate community programming: contributor summits, virtual deep dives, GitOps Monthly webinars, live Q&As, and conference co-located meetups

Serve as a credible external voice for Akuity at industry events; you genuinely enjoy talking to developers about GitOps and software delivery

Work cross-functionally with marketing and product to ensure events convert interest into lasting community engagement

What We’re Looking For

Required

5–8 years of community management or developer relations experience in an open source or developer tools context

Familiarity with the Kubernetes and cloud-native ecosystem — you know what GitOps means, you’ve heard of Argo CD, and you’re not intimidated by a YAML file

Proven track record of growing a technical open source community in a meaningful, measurable way

Hands-on events experience: CFP management, booth coordination, recap content, and follow-up programs

Strong async writer — GitHub comments, community newsletters, Slack threads, and release-adjacent content are all in your wheelhouse

Comfortable with data: you track what matters, build a case from metrics, and course-correct without being told

Collaborative by nature — you’ll work closely across engineering, product, and marketing

Nice to Have

You’ve used Argo CD or Kargo in a real environment, or contributed to either project

Active presence in CNCF, OpenSSF, or related cloud-native communities

You’ve spoken at KubeCon, ArgoCon, or a comparable developer conference

Experience building ambassador or champion programs from scratch

You’ve run community programs around a CNCF-graduated or incubating project

Why Join Us

You’ll work alongside the people who built Argo CD and Kargo — the communities you’ll manage are ones our founders created and still actively maintain

Real impact: Argo CD is one of the most widely deployed CNCF projects in the world; your work will be felt by tens of thousands of engineers

Generous events and travel budget to be present where the Argo CD and Kargo communities are

Competitive salary, equity, and benefits

If you're the kind of person who's always asking what could be better and backs it up with data, you'll thrive here.

Key Responsibilities

Set up, launch, and maintain paid search and paid social campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta/Instagram, following established naming conventions, targeting parameters, and budget controls.

Monitor campaign delivery daily - flagging pacing issues, budget discrepancies, and underperforming ad sets before they compound.

Implement ongoing optimizations including creative and copy updates, audience adjustments, and bid changes; support event-targeted and geo-fencing programs around key conferences and Fundraise Up-hosted events.

Review ad-to-page message match and monitor post-click metrics alongside ad performance - you're evaluating the full journey, not just the click.

Collaborate with marketing stakeholders and design to recommend landing page optimizations and brief, iterate on ad creative using test data to make feedback specific and actionable.

Run a regular cadence of structured tests across formats, creative, copy, headlines, CTAs, audiences, channels, and landing page variants.

Document test hypotheses, setups, results, and learnings in a shared log - and proactively share findings across channels so paid insights inform email, content, and events decisions.

Apply UTM parameters to all campaigns and compile performance data from Google Ads, LinkedIn, and HubSpot into weekly and monthly reporting inputs.

Work with RevOps on lead routing accuracy and source attribution hygiene between HubSpot and Salesforce.

Coordinate with the ABM Manager to align paid targeting with account lists and keep campaigns in sync with content launches, event promotions, and campaign calendars.

Stay current on platform changes and surface relevant updates to the team.

At Fundraise Up, AI is a default tool, not an experimental one. We expect every team member to actively use AI in their day-to-day work, identify where AI can change the shape of problems in their function, and grow their fluency as the tools evolve. You should already be using AI meaningfully in your work and understand where it adds value and how it can improve the way you operate.

Skills and Qualifications

2+ years of hands-on paid media experience, including direct in-platform campaign management in Google Ads and/or LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

Working knowledge of paid search fundamentals: keyword organization, match types, ad groups, Quality Score, and basic bidding strategies.

Familiarity with LinkedIn paid social: Sponsored Content, targeting by job title, company size, and account list, and Lead Gen Forms.

Experience with UTM tagging and an understanding of how campaign source data flows into a CRM - HubSpot experience is a plus.

Experience running or supporting structured A/B tests.

Strong attention to detail - you catch tracking errors, naming inconsistencies, and budget discrepancies before they compound.

Organized and reliable, with the ability to manage multiple active campaigns and deliver consistent reporting outputs on schedule.

Clear communicator who proactively surfaces updates, flags issues, and translates data into plain-language observations for stakeholders.

Fluency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) as genuine productivity accelerators - for drafting copy, structuring reports, generating test hypotheses, and more.

Preferred but not required:

Experience running paid programs at a B2B SaaS company, ideally with a longer or more complex sales cycle.

Familiarity with Salesforce and how lead source attribution flows between HubSpot and Salesforce.

Exposure to ABM or account-based targeting concepts.

Experience with Meta/Instagram B2B campaigns or geo-fencing and event targeting.

Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 or Google Search Console.

Experience reviewing or collaborating on landing page performance.

Compensation

The compensation range for this role is $66,000 - $72,000.

Final compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, qualifications, alignment with the role’s requirements and location.

Perks & Benefits

Health, Dental, and Vision insurance covered at 100% for employees, 80% for employee plus dependents, and 70% for employees plus family.

FSA and HSA Spending Account.

20 days of vacation, 5 sick days, 11 company holidays plus an additional 1 floating holiday.

401(k) plan with company match.

100% Company-paid short-term disability, long-term disability, basic life insurance and AD&D.

Paid parental leave (12 weeks for primary caregivers / 6 weeks for secondary caregivers).

Generous home office stipend to support your remote workspace.

Annual professional development stipend to support your growth (e.g., workshops, courses, and seminars).

Charitable giving program and paid volunteer time off with registered non-profits.

***Please note: All official correspondence from Fundraise Up will exclusively originate from the @fundraiseup.com domain.
