About ElevenLabs

ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology.

We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $11B - multiples of 11, always.

We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:

 • ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
 • ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
 • ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.

Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.

How we work

 • High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
 • Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.
 • AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.
 • Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.
 • Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.

What we offer

 • Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
 • Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.
 • Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend.
 • Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.
 • Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy.
 • Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.

About the Role

We’re building a dedicated Strategic Accounts team to own ElevenLabs’ most important customer relationships in North America, and we’re looking for a high-impact Strategic Account Executive to be among the first hires.

This is a named-account role with a focused portfolio. You'll drive new business and expansion inside complex enterprise organizations, building multi-threaded executive relationships and positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders navigating real transformation - across customer experience, product, and operations.

These aren't transactional engagements. You'll architect custom solutions that combine our technology and services, collaborate cross-functionally to deliver measurable outcomes, and bring field intelligence directly into our product roadmap. You're not just executing a playbook - you're writing it.

In this role, you will:

 • Own and grow a focused portfolio of strategic accounts, driving both net-new business and expansion
 • Develop and execute multi-year account strategies across business units, geographies, and use cases
 • Identify, scope, and close large, complex deals (multi-product, multi-region, custom solutions)
 • Build deep, multi-threaded relationships across executive, product, engineering, and business stakeholders
 • Act as a strategic advisor, educating on emerging trends and shaping customers’ long-term AI roadmap
 • Partner cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Partnerships to deliver and expand
 • Translate patterns from bespoke deals into repeatable frameworks, offerings, and product insights
 • Feed learnings from the field into the product roadmap and broader strategic sales playbook
 • Drive creative outbound and high-touch engagement strategies (onsites, exec briefings, events)

Requirements

 • 6-10+ years of quota-carrying experience with a focus on strategic / enterprise accounts
 • Proven track record of closing and expanding seven-figure+ deals within named accounts
 • Experience leading complex, multi-threaded sales cycles across large organizations
 • Strong ability to drive land-and-expand motions and long-term account growth
 • Experience scoping consultative, custom deals that go beyond standard SKUs
 • Technical fluency - able to engage product and engineering leaders on APIs, integrations, and architecture
 • Executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and long-term strategy
 • Track record of translating customer needs into product feedback and roadmap influence
 • Creative, self-driven approach to outbound and pipeline generation
 • Comfortable operating in a high-growth, ambiguous environment, building playbooks from scratch
 • Willingness to travel for customer engagements (onsites, QBRs, executive meetings)
 • Strong bias toward action, ownership, and leveraging AI in day-to-day workflows

We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.

Company Overview

Deepgram is the leading platform underpinning the emerging trillion-dollar Voice AI economy, providing real-time APIs for speech-to-text (STT), text-to-speech (TTS), and building production-grade voice agents at scale. More than 200,000 developers and 1,300+ organizations build voice offerings that are ‘Powered by Deepgram’, including Twilio, Cloudflare, Sierra, Decagon, Vapi, Daily, Cresta, Granola, and Jack in the Box. Deepgram’s voice-native foundation models are accessed through cloud APIs or as self-hosted and on-premises software, with unmatched accuracy, low latency, and cost efficiency. Backed by a recent Series C led by leading global investors and strategic partners, Deepgram has processed over 50,000 years of audio and transcribed more than 1 trillion words. There is no organization in the world that understands voice better than Deepgram.

Company Operating Rhythm

At Deepgram, we expect an AI-first mindset—AI use and comfort aren’t optional, they’re core to how we operate, innovate, and measure performance.

Every team member who works at Deepgram is expected to actively use and experiment with advanced AI tools, and even build your own into your everyday work. We measure how effectively AI is applied to deliver results, and consistent, creative use of the latest AI capabilities is key to success here. Candidates should be comfortable adopting new models and modes quickly, integrating AI into their workflows, and continuously pushing the boundaries of what these technologies can do.

Additionally, we move at the pace of AI. Change is rapid, and you can expect your day-to-day work to evolve just as quickly. You’ll focus on talent mapping, market research, proactive pipeline building, and surfacing candidates who may not be actively looking. Your work will help our recruiting team and hiring leaders make better, faster decisions about where to find talent and how to engage them.

You’ll operate at the intersection of research, analysis, and recruiting execution. If you enjoy turning ambiguity into structured insights, finding talent others miss, and building pipelines before they’re needed, this could be a great fit.

What You'll Do

Build and maintain talent maps across priority areas.

Research companies, teams, and talent pools to identify strong potential candidates across technical, business, and leadership roles.

Turn hiring needs into focused research strategies.

Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand what great looks like, define target profiles, and build actionable candidate pipelines.

Deliver market intelligence that shapes our approach.

Surface insights on talent availability, geographic markets, compensation, competitive companies, emerging talent pools, and other trends that help inform hiring strategy.

Build proactive pipelines.

Develop and maintain talent communities and evergreen pipelines for areas where we know we’ll continue to hire, allowing us to move quickly when new roles open.

Find talent others miss.

Go beyond traditional searches and obvious profiles to uncover high-potential candidates, adjacent talent pools, and new companies or markets we should be exploring.

Improve how we research and source.

Help refine our workflows, tools, documentation, and data so our research function becomes more scalable and effective over time.

Move fast while maintaining quality.

Quickly turn new hiring priorities into structured research, target lists, market insights, and candidate pipelines that help accelerate searches.

What You Bring

5+ years of experience in talent research, executive search, sourcing, recruiting, or a similar role with a strong research component.

Experience building talent maps, target company lists, candidate pipelines, or market research across complex or competitive talent markets.

Strong sourcing and research skills, including experience with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Talent Insights, ATS platforms, spreadsheets, and other research tools.

An analytical mindset.
Build a Safer World.

TRM Labs provides AI-powered intelligence solutions that help public and private sector agencies investigate and disrupt crime. TRM's platforms enable investigators to trace illicit activity, build cases, and construct operating pictures of threat networks. Leading agencies and businesses worldwide rely on TRM to make the world safer and more secure.

'At TRM, we believe the people we hire will determine how far and how fast we can go in our mission to build a safer world for billions of people. That’s why we’re building a Talent team that sees recruiting as a craft and a competitive advantage, people who challenge assumptions, move with urgency, and are energized by building exceptional teams to solve incredibly hard problems. If that sounds like you, we’d love to meet you.'

– Alicia Strait, VP of Talent, TRM Labs

The people who build TRM’s Sales organization determine how far and how fast our mission travels. Every hire shapes the markets we win-from public sector and defense to financial institutions and crypto—and how effectively our blockchain intelligence reaches the front lines of financial crime.

As the Team Lead, Sales Recruiter, you’ll own TRM’s most critical searches across Sales and Go-to-Market while serving as a mentor and force multiplier for the recruiting pod. You’ll manage your own requisitions, but your impact will extend beyond your desk through team initiatives, stronger operating rhythms, shared best practices, and day-to-day peer leadership.

You’ll help the team operate as a cohesive, high-performing unit while prioritization, calibration, problem-solving, and execution. Your success will be measured by the quality, velocity, and business impact of your hires—as well as your ability to mentor teammates and elevate the performance of the broader Sales recruiting pod.

How this role differs from a Senior or Staff Recruiter: You’ll own not only your searches, but also the operating rhythm, unblocking, experimentation, and outcomes of the broader sales recruiting pod. You’ll set the standard for exceptional partnership with executive stakeholders and model excellence for the team.

The impact you'll have:

Leading the pod:

Run executive level Sales hiring syncs, driving the cadence, priorities, and follow-through for the team and its hiring managers.

Represent the Sales pod in headcount and workforce-planning discussions with Talent leadership, bringing the on-the-ground view from being closest to the department leads.

Bubble up what's happening across the Sales recruiting team — risks, wins, market signals, and blockers — so the manager and VP stay informed.

Drive solutioning and experimentation with the team, testing new sourcing angles, processes, and ideas and unblocking searches when they stall.

Help the team execute on retros and decision docs, turning what you learn into durable improvements.

Shape and roll out new processes and changes to the pod: when the team adopts a new way of working, much of it comes from you.

Owning your own searches:

Own full-cycle recruiting for Director+ Sales leadership searches across TRM's global Sales organization.

Act as a strategic talent partner to executive stakeholders; advising on market dynamics, candidate calibration, hiring strategy, and close approach.

Build and execute targeted sourcing strategies that identify, engage, and close exceptional Sales talent from high-growth technology, fintech, crypto, public sector, and financial services environments.

Develop deep market maps for priority searches that include competitive talent, high-performing corporate functions, and referral-driven networks.

Create an exceptional candidate experience for senior and specialized talent, so every touchpoint reflects TRM's talent bar, mission, and operating principles.

Use data, market insight, and funnel conversion metrics to diagnose search health, influence hiring teams, and adjust strategy in real time.

Serve as a craft leader on the Talent team, raising the bar for sourcing, stakeholder management, candidate engagement, and strategic search execution.

What we're looking for:

10+ years of recruiting experience, with 7+ years of experience owning senior GTM and Sales leadership searches in high-growth technology companies.

Experience leading or setting direction for a recruiting pod including running hiring syncs, unblocking other recruiters' searches, and driving team experimentation — whether or not you've formally managed people.

A track record of taking operating overhead off a manager's plate: owning team cadence, process rollouts, retros, and decision docs so the group runs as a tight unit.

Proven success hiring senior and specialized talent across Sales and Sales Leadership

Strong search fundamentals including market mapping, talent intelligence, passive candidate engagement, confidential search management, and senior-level closing.

The ability to quickly understand complex corporate roles across sales functions.

Strong analytical ability to interpret recruiting metrics, funnel health, conversion rates, and pipeline quality, and translate them into action for yourself and the team.

Exceptional stakeholder management, building trust, influencing senior leaders, pushing back thoughtfully, and operating as a strategic advisor throughout the process.

Excellent written and verbal executive presence, including synthesizing market insight, candidate tradeoffs, and search progress clearly for executive audiences.

High ownership, persistence, and judgment in navigating ambiguous, confidential, business-critical searches.

A demonstrated ability to balance speed with quality while holding a high talent bar for sales hiring.

About the team:

Our talent team is fully remote and async-first. We keep work moving across time zones through Slack, thorough documentation, and proactive updates.

We stay tightly aligned through weekly hiring syncs, team sourcing syncs, and bi-weekly team meetings where we solve challenges together.

We care deeply about our craft: we continuously refine best practices and data quality to deliver an exceptional experience for candidates and internal stakeholders alike, backed by precise, reliable reporting.

We're globally distributed but most of us overlap between 7am–12pm PST for real-time collaboration.

Every team member, wherever they're based, maintains at least a 4-hour overlap with PST business hours.

Learn about TRM Speed in this position:

Within 72 hours of a role opening, you've scheduled the intake, researched and published the role, and brought 5 calibration profiles to the intake for the hiring manager to review.

Within a week of opening the role, you've mapped the total addressable market, built a shortlist of the top 30 profiles, conducted 5–10 recruiter screens, and stood up the full interview process — including the approved questions that define what good looks like on a recruiter screen.

Two weeks after the initial interviews, you analyze the data to identify what is and isn't driving pass rates and conversions, share insights and recommendations with the hiring team, and continue to monitor and adjust until the position is filled.

Our Onboarding Process:

Within your first 30 days, you’ll be fully onboarded, calibrated, and operating as the DRI for your positions.

Within your first 60 days, you’ll have your first sourced candidates reaching final rounds.

Within your first 90 days, you’ll have made 2–3 hires.

The following represents the estimated range of compensation for this role:

Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. That promise shows up in how we work every day.

TRM moves quickly. We are a high velocity, high ownership team that expects clarity, follow-through, and impact. People who thrive here are energized by hard problems, experimentation, and continuous feedback. If something takes months elsewhere, it will ship here in days.

Our work sits at the intersection of AI, national security, and fighting crime. The problems are complex, the stakes are real, and the environment evolves quickly. The pace and intensity of the work reflect the importance of the mission. As a result, the way we operate requires a high level of ownership, adaptability, collaboration, and creative problem-solving.

At TRM, you should expect:

Priorities and targets to change quickly as we experiment and iterate

Work that often requires operating with a high degree of ambiguity

A high level of personal ownership and accountability

Close collaboration across teams and functions

Frequent, high-touch communication

Creative problem solving and out-of-the-box thinking

A pace that rewards urgency, adaptability, and outcomes

This environment is energizing for people who enjoy building, solving hard problems, and making progress in situations that are not always fully defined. It also requires comfort navigating ambiguity, adjusting course as new information emerges, and maintaining focus and positivity in a fast-moving and intense environment.

We also recognize that this style of operating is not for everyone. If you are primarily optimizing for predictability or a consistently balanced workload, we encourage you to use the interview process to pressure test whether this environment is truly the right fit. We want teammates who thrive here, not just survive here.

At the same time, many people find this work deeply rewarding. If you are excited by meaningful problems, motivated by ambitious goals, and energized by working alongside mission-driven colleagues, there is a good chance you will find TRM to be an exceptional place to grow and contribute. We expect every team member to use AI to accelerate and reimagine their craft, not just automate surface tasks.

At TRM, AI fluency means you are among the top 10 percent of operators in your function in how you apply AI to:

Accelerate repeatable workflows

Structure and solve problems

Improve output quality

Increase speed and leverage

You will be evaluated on applied AI fluency during the interview process.

Leadership Principles

We hire and grow against three leadership principles. They’re the standards for how we operate, treat each other, and make decisions.

Impact-Oriented Trailblazer: We put customers first and move with speed, focus, and adaptability. We treat every plan like an experiment – test, ship, measure, and iterate quickly.

Master Craftsperson: We care deeply about our craft. We balance speed with high standards, own outcomes end‑to‑end, and invest in getting better everyday.

Inspiring Colleague: We add clarity and energy, not noise. We bring humility, candor, and a one‑team mindset — giving and receiving feedback to make the team stronger.

Join our Mission

At TRM, we care deeply about our craft. We are looking for individuals who want their work to matter, who experiment with speed and rigor, and who take pride in building a safer world for billions of people.

This may not be the right role if you’re not excited to experiment, adapt, think on your feet, and learn constantly, or if you’re seeking something highly prescriptive with a traditional 9-to-5.

Team Overview

Deepgram can only win the voice AI race with people who build fast and think from first principles, and the Talent team is how we find them. You'd join a team of recruiters supporting hiring across every function: engineering, research, product, go-to-market, and G&A.
Sift is hiring a Contracts and Legal Operations Specialist to run our contracting process end to end, including customer, vendor, and partner agreements. AI tools will handle first-pass review and drafting on routine paper; you take it from there, negotiating and closing standard agreements independently and escalating anything complex or high-risk to legal counsel. You'll also own the contract automation and playbooks going forward, tuning them as the business changes. The role works closely with Deal Desk, Sales, and Partners from a contracts perspective, along with finance, security, privacy, marketing, and product.

What You'll Own

• Draft, negotiate, and close standard commercial agreements independently, including NDAs, order forms, standard renewals, and low-risk vendor and partner agreements, from first draft to signature.

• Review and finalize AI-generated first-pass redlines and clause extraction on incoming contracts before they go out to counterparties.

• Own the contract automation and playbooks over time: update clause libraries, adjust intake logic, and add new agreement types as the business changes.

• Manage vendor and procurement requests end to end: negotiate standard pricing and terms, track requests through Jira, and push back on terms that don't work for Sift.

• Manage the full contract lifecycle: intake, repository, renewals, approvals, and terminations.

• Coach Sales on standard terms and redlines so routine deals close without legal touching every file.

• Collaborate with Sales and Deal Desk to streamline the sales process and related deal cycles.

• Track and report on contract and vendor metrics.

• Triage inbound contracts and vendor requests, and escalate anything complex, high-risk, or outside standard terms to legal counsel.

• Take on other duties as part of a small, fast-moving legal and compliance team.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in a contracts, legal operations, or deal desk role, ideally at a B2B SaaS company. No law degree required.

• Comfortable using AI tools daily to speed up drafting and review, not just occasionally.

• Good judgment on what's standard versus what needs to go to legal counsel.

• Experience with Salesforce and Jira.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the flexibility to handle volume and competing requests.

• Comfortable working in a role that's still being built, where the process and tooling will keep changing.

Nice to Have

• Prior legal, paralegal, or compliance experience.

• Experience with a CLM platform (e.g.,DocuSign Navigator, Ironclad, LinkSquares, Conga).

• Exposure to data privacy or DPA concepts (CPRA, GDPR).

• Experience in a fraud, risk, or trust & safety adjacent business.

• Hands-on experience using LLM tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) to build things, not just chat: custom prompts, workflows, or lightweight automations.

• Prior experience working in a high-growth company.

Let’s build it together:

At Sift, we are intentionally building a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace.
We're building a new healthcare clearinghouse

Stedi is building the first new healthcare clearinghouse in decades. In the healthcare sector, the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) requires that all insurance payers exchange transactions such as claims, eligibility checks, prior authorizations, and remittances using a standardized EDI format called X12 HIPAA. Clearinghouses process the majority of these transactions, offering consolidated connectivity to carriers and providers. Until Stedi, the space was occupied entirely by a small group of legacy players, built on outdated, often pre-internet technology.

Stedi is the world's only programmable healthcare clearinghouse. By offering modern API interfaces alongside traditional real-time and batch EDI processes, we enable both healthcare technology businesses and established players to exchange mission-critical transactions. Our clearinghouse product and customer-first approach have set us apart. Stedi was ranked by Ramp as one of the fastest-growing SaaS vendors.

We have lightning in a bottle: engineers and designers shipping products week in and week out; a lean business team supporting the company’s infrastructure; passion for automation and eliminating toil; $142 million in funding from top investors like Stripe, Addition, USV, Bloomberg Beta, First Round Capital, and more. To learn more about how we work, watch our founder Zack’s interview with First Round Capital.

What we are looking for

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our go-to-market team. In this role, you will own a large segment of Stedi’s fastest growing customers. You will have an outsized impact on Stedi’s overall revenue by identifying expansion opportunities, partnerships, and more.

This is more than a traditional sales role - you are expected to become an expert in Stedi’s entire suite of products, services, roadmap, and more. As the face of the relationship, you will develop one-off strategies and tactics to ensure the success of our customers on the Stedi platform, with the goal of expanding the relationship and identifying more ways of working together.

Above all, you will create and maintain relationships that will shape how we work with customers for years to come.

What you’ll do

Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for a book of Stedi’s fastest growing customers representing a significant percentage of Stedi’s monthly recurring revenue (MRR).

Manage a pipeline of expansion opportunities in Stedi’s CRM to track upsells, cross-sells, renewals, and transaction usage growth.

Bring revenue expansion opportunities from ideation through to execution – identifying new expansion use cases, supporting the customer’s technical validation process, addressing pricing and contractual blockers, and ultimately ensuring successful product adoption.

Interface with customers daily – including executive leadership, product managers, engineers, and ops teams – through Slack, Zoom, email and in-person meetings.

Proactively surface product and payer-level usage insights in order to address issues preventing additional product adoption.

Collaborate with solutions engineering, payer operations, data analytics, and leadership to assist in customer engagements.

Who you are

You have 4+ years of quota-carrying sales, account management, sales engineering, or customer success experience. You have a strong track record of supporting customers as they adopt and utilize technical API-driven products. You also have experience getting contracts signed.

You have previous healthcare experience. You come from the healthcare industry, specifically software companies that sell to payers, providers, revenue cycle management (RCM) businesses, and EHR/practice management systems.

You’re comfortable working with technical API products. You understand how to work with, sell, and support technical product offerings - you speak the language and exhibit genuine curiosity around the product you sell.

You are exceptional at staying on top of many open threads simultaneously. You are hyper-responsive, organized, and thorough. You almost never drop balls.

You strive to become the customer’s most trusted advisor. Helping customers use the Stedi platform as it exists today is routine. You go a step further by helping customers innovate on the platform to drive real business outcomes for them and their partners.

You have a low ego. No task is too small in order to find success and generate revenue.

You do what it takes to get the job done. You are resourceful, self-motivating, self-disciplined, and don’t wait to be told what to do. You put in the hours.

You move fast. We move fast as an organization. This requires an ability to match our pace and not get lost by responding with urgency (both externally to customers and internally to stakeholders), communicating what you are working on, and proactively asking for help or feedback when you need it.

The annual compensation range for this role is $150K-190K. For roles with a variable component, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ('OTE') range, which means that the range is inclusive of the sales commissions or bonus target and annual base salary. This range may be inclusive of multiple experience levels at Stedi and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, location, and qualifications. Please reach out to your recruiter with any questions.

We’ve been made aware of individuals impersonating the Stedi recruiting team. Please note:

All official communication about roles at Stedi will only come from an @stedi.com email address, or from our official identification verification partner, Persona, @frompersona.com.

If you’re unsure whether a message is legitimate or have any concerns, feel free to contact us directly at [email protected].

We appreciate your attention to this and your interest in joining Stedi.

At Stedi, we're looking for people who are deeply curious and aligned to our ways of working.
