Our Mission:

6sense's mission is to multiply what matters: growth, retention, and efficiency. We envision a future where companies, teams and people reach their full potential.

Our People:

People are the heart and soul of 6sense. We serve with passion and purpose. We live by our Being 6sense values of Win as One Team, Stay Curious, Do The Right Thing, Own the Outcome, and Create Belonging. Every 6sensor plays a part in defining the future of our industry-leading technology. 6sense is a place where difference-makers roll up their sleeves, take risks, act with integrity, and measure success by the value we create for our customers. We want 6sense to be the best chapter of your career.

As our Partner Marketing Manager you will be responsible for turning strategic partnerships into a measurable pipeline motion- building the co-marketing programs, and partner activation strategies that help communicate the power of 6Sense alongside our key partners. This is a builder's role for someone who wants to own a meaningful piece of how 6sense grows, and who understands that great partner marketing sits at the intersection of relationship depth and disciplined execution.

Responsibilities:

Joint Go-to-Market Programs
Build and run co-marketing programs with strategic partners, from end to end: partner alignment, asset development, campaign execution, field activation, and measurement. Own the pipeline contribution from partner marketing activity and be accountable for reporting it clearly.

Joint Events and Activations
Own the partner presence at key industry events (including our own, BreakThrough), co-hosted webinars, and joint field programs. Coordinate logistics, messaging, and follow-up across both sides of the partnership to make sure activations generate pipeline.

Partner Relationships
Serve as the primary marketing counterpart to partner marketing and alliances teams at key accounts. Build the kind of working relationships where partner counterparts are actively seeking us out. Create opportunities for 6sense to co-present at joint events, and develop the trust that makes joint programs move faster.

Partner Marketing Metrics
Define what success looks like for partner marketing at 6sense, working with marketing operations to build the reporting infrastructure to measure it, and communicate results to marketing leadership and BD stakeholders on a regular cadence.

Performance Measurement

Partner-Sourced Pipeline
Volume and velocity of pipeline generated through co-marketing programs and partner activations, tracked with clear attribution.

Partner Marketing Engagement
Depth of engagement from partner counterparts: co-investment in programs, co-branded content produced, joint events executed, and partner-sourced leads generated.

Enablement Adoption
Usage and effectiveness of partner-facing enablement materials, measured by partner sales team feedback and co-sell conversation rates.

Program Execution Quality
On-time, on-brief delivery of co-marketing programs - with the partner relationship strengthened as a result.

Competencies and Behaviors:

Influence Without Authority Operates effectively in an environment where the people you most depend on (partner counterparts, internal sales, product marketing) don't report into the same leadership. Builds alignment through credibility and relationships.

Revenue-First Thinking Connects every program to pipeline and revenue. Doesn't measure success by content produced or events run. Asks 'what did this produce?' and builds programs that are designed to answer that question.

Partner-Facing Presence Comfortable representing 6sense externally. Shows up in partner conversations with enough confidence and preparation to be a genuine asset in the room.

Execution Discipline Manages the complexity of co-marketing at pace. Gets joint programs across the finish line even when approval chains are complex.

Cross-Functional Orchestration Works fluidly across product marketing, demand generation, content, field marketing, and BD to bring partner programs to life.

Educational and Experience Requirements:

5 or more years in B2B marketing, with at least 2 years in a field marketing role, partner marketing, alliance marketing, or ecosystem marketing role where you owned outcomes and field programs.

Experience working directly with external partner stakeholders. You have presented to partner leadership, negotiated co-marketing agreements, and maintained productive relationships through disagreements.

A clear point of view on how to measure partner marketing impact, including how to handle the attribution ambiguity that comes with the territory.

Familiarity with the B2B SaaS technology ecosystem: how ISV partnerships, technology integrations, and co-sell motions work in practice.

Base Salary Range: $83,317.50 - $122,199.00. GRC enforces governance, implements risk management strategies, and ensures compliance through operating as the second line of defense.

This role is the engineering capability behind that mission. Rather than testing controls after the fact, this engineer builds the systems that test them continuously. The expectation is that controls are monitored as code, technical evidence is produced automatically from AWS and other source systems, control owners can self-serve their own evidence without a GRC ticket, and AI is used as core infrastructure across GRC workflows rather than as an experiment. Audit readiness should be a byproduct of the running system, not a project.

Job Description

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

All responsibilities of GRC Security Engineer III, and;

Design, build, and own automated security control monitoring; write production-quality code (e.g., Python) under version control, peer review, and CI/CD, and treat control logic as a maintained software asset rather than a documented procedure

Convert the control library from periodic, sample-based manual testing to continuous control monitoring (CCM): define the technical signal for each control, its test frequency, pass/fail thresholds, and alerting and escalation path

Engineer self-service technical evidence collection in AWS using native services (Config, Security Hub, CloudTrail, Organizations/SCPs, IAM Access Analyzer, Systems Manager, EventBridge, Lambda, Athena/S3, CloudWatch), so control owners and auditors retrieve current evidence on demand without GRC acting as an intermediary

Eliminate manual, screenshot-based, and ticket-driven evidence collection; retire manual test procedures as automated equivalents come online and document the transition so auditors can rely on it

Redesign GRC processes to be AI-native; apply LLMs and agentic workflows to evidence review, control mapping, gap analysis, security questionnaire and customer due diligence response, policy and procedure drafting, and risk assessment triage, with explicit human-in-the-loop review, guardrails, and output validation

Maintain a single normalized control library crosswalked across frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS, SOX, GDPR, NIST) so that one automated test satisfies multiple obligations

Build the control-failure pipeline end to end: automated detection, enrichment, ticket creation, owner routing, SLA tracking, remediation verification, and closure, including exception and risk acceptance handling where remediation is not viable

Partner with Platform Engineering, DevOps, and IT to shift controls left into preventive guardrails: service control policies, AWS Config conformance packs, policy-as-code in CI/CD, and secure-by-default infrastructure patterns

Instrument control health reporting: automation coverage, evidence freshness, control failure rates, mean time to remediate, and audit-readiness posture, surfaced in dashboards consumable by Security leadership and control owners

Lead internal and external audit engagements with automated evidence as the primary artifact; defend automated test design, sampling logic, and the completeness and accuracy of system-generated evidence to auditors and assessors

Oversee and execute complex control tests and third-party and operational security risk assessments, using tooling and AI-assisted analysis to increase coverage and reduce cycle time, and communicate results across multiple audiences with varying levels of sensitivity

Develop issue and risk treatment plans with owners and validate remediation through automated re-testing rather than manual confirmation

Set the technical bar for the team: peer review other GRC Engineers' automation, queries, and test logic, and provide feedback, guidance, and enablement so automation ownership is distributed rather than siloed

Provide GRC technology administration, including integrations, API-based data flows, and user training and enablement

Mature security governance, training and awareness programs, using automation to target and measure them

Improve GRC handbook pages, procedures, playbooks, and technical design documentation, and maintain security program controlled documents

Execute on quarterly individual Key Results that support team Objectives (OKRs)

Key Outcomes (First 12 Months)

A defined and measurable share of the control library operating under continuous monitoring, with a credible quarter-over-quarter plan to expand coverage

Technical evidence for in-scope AWS controls generated automatically and retrievable without GRC involvement

A documented reduction in audit preparation effort and evidence request turnaround time versus the prior audit cycle

At least one materially redesigned, AI-native GRC process replacing a previously manual workflow, with measured quality and throughput results

Control failures detected by the monitoring system rather than discovered during audit or assessment

Performance Measurement

Increases the percentage of controls under automated, continuous monitoring and reduces the percentage tested manually

Increases the percentage of technical evidence collected without human intervention and maintains evidence freshness against defined SLAs

Reduces mean time to detect and mean time to remediate control failures

Reduces audit and assessment preparation hours and evidence request turnaround time

Ships maintainable, reviewed, version-controlled code and infrastructure with low operational failure and false-positive rates

Demonstrates measurable adoption of self-service evidence by control owners outside of GRC

Applies AI to GRC workflows with measured accuracy, appropriate review controls, and documented decisions on where AI is and is not relied upon

Maintains up-to-date knowledge of 6sense's product, environment, systems and architecture

Drives remediation of security risks and threats

Adheres to strict deadlines and SLAs

Participates in creation of, and executes on, milestones associated with major security projects

Develops and maintains up-to-date handbook pages, runbooks, workflows, dashboards, and technical design documentation for everything they own

Provides project status updates on a weekly basis

Actively prepares for weekly 1:1s with Manager and monthly skip levels

Administers GRC technology and its integrations

Person Specification

Educational and Experience Requirements

5+ years of experience being part of a GRC or similar team

2+ years of hands-on experience building and maintaining automation, including proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language (Python preferred) and comfort working in Git, code review, and CI/CD

Demonstrated hands-on AWS experience relevant to control monitoring and evidence generation: Config, Security Hub, CloudTrail, IAM, Organizations and SCPs, Lambda, EventBridge, S3/Athena, CloudWatch

Experience retrieving, normalizing, and reconciling data across systems via APIs and SQL, and reasoning about the completeness and accuracy of that data

Practical experience applying LLMs or AI agents to real workflows, including prompt and workflow design, output evaluation, and appropriate human review and guardrails

Experience with security tools and cloud environments (e.g., GRC and compliance automation platforms, vulnerability scanners, SIEM, SOAR, AWS)

Experience with industry frameworks, regulations and standards, such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, PCI, SOX, NIST, etc.

Ability to determine what constitutes sufficient audit evidence and to defend automated control testing and system-generated evidence to auditors

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation) and policy-as-code (OPA/Rego, AWS Config custom rules, cfn-guard, or similar)

Experience implementing or operating continuous control monitoring at scale in a SaaS or multi-account cloud environment

Experience integrating GRC or compliance automation platforms via API rather than through the UI

Experience building internal self-service tooling used by engineers or control owners

Big 4 (KPMG, Deloitte, PwC, EY) or similar experience

Bachelor's degree in a related field

Relevant industry certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, GIAC, AWS Certified Security – Specialty, or CCSK/CCSP, are highly desirable

Competencies and Behaviors

Automation-first by default; treats a recurring manual GRC task as an engineering problem, not a staffing problem

Thinks like a builder and operates like an auditor: writes code that is maintainable and monitored, and control logic that is defensible and evidenced

Uses AI aggressively but skeptically; leans on it for leverage while validating output and being explicit about where human judgment is required

Designs for self-service so that GRC is not a bottleneck between control owners and their own evidence

Evangelizes security best practices

Works independently to maintain and improve overall company security posture

Collaborates with cross-functional teams, particularly engineering and platform teams, and earns credibility with them technically

Translates control intent and technical requirements into actionable, timebound, testable requests

Drives projects and tasks to completion by following up on questions, deadlines, and requests for input

Maintains accuracy of information

Proactive prioritization and escalation to management

Strong communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation skills, and the ability to explain automated control design to both engineers and auditors

Base Salary Range: $141,230.25 - $180,137.70.

Every 6sensor plays a part in defining the future of our industry-leading technology. 6sense is a place where difference-makers roll up their sleeves, take risks, act with integrity, and measure success by the value we create for our customers. We want 6sense to be the best chapter of your career.

Product Lead, AI Platform

Are you a technical powerhouse who also loves building and mentoring high-performing teams? At 6sense, we are architecting the definitive intelligence layer for B2B—the reasoning engine that powers the world’s most sophisticated revenue organizations—and that transformation requires a foundational infrastructure where AI-driven reasoning powers every workflow. We are looking for a Product Lead to own our Ai Os: the underlying operating system and orchestration engine that enables every product team at 6sense to build secure, reliable, and highly intelligent agentic experiences.

This is a Player/Coach role. You will be hands-on leading our core AI infrastructure while simultaneously serving as the people manager and program leader for a specialized pod of Product Managers. You aren't just managing a backlog; you are defining the architectural standards for how 6sense builds and ships AI at scale.

Why 6sense?

AI That Builds Pipe, Not Hype: Our Revenue AI™ identifies accounts ready to buy, crafts the right message, and qualifies meetings automatically. We don’t just surface data—we deliver intelligence and action.

Crack the Dark Funnel™: Less than 3% of buyers engage early. We uncover hidden buying signals, decode the “breadcrumb trails,” and help revenue teams connect with buyers in ways they never could before.

Orchestrate the Full Journey: From dynamic audience creation to multi-channel engagement, we empower marketers to reach the right accounts, at the right time, with the right message—across advertising, email, web, and sales.

Arm Operations Teams: Integrate insights, centralize audience creation, and maximize impact by connecting 6sense with your tech stack. We’re the single canvas for your entire GTM strategy.

Your Impact

As Product Lead, AI Platform, you will:

Lead and Scale a High-Performing Pod. Act as a formal people manager, responsible for hiring, coaching, and developing a specialized team of PMs. You will define the pod's operating model, ensuring clear boundaries between platform infrastructure and agentic capabilities.

Own the AI Orchestration Layer. Personally drive the design and evolution of our core orchestration engine, ensuring robust state management, tenant routing, and high-performance runtime for intelligent workflows.

Modernize the Developer Experience. Design and maintain the internal SDKs and capability registration patterns that allow other teams to build, register, and call intelligence tools within the AI OS.

Define Evaluation and Trust Standards. Build the frameworks, guardrails, and security protocols that ensure our AI outputs remain accurate, evidenced, and enterprise-grade across the entire platform.

Lead Foundational Model Strategy. Drive our model strategy, including routing logic, cost optimization, and compute infrastructure management to maximize both performance and efficiency.

Be a Strategic Partner to Leadership. Act as a force multiplier for the Head of Intelligence Product—surfacing technical risks early, driving clarity in platform architecture, and turning AI strategy into operating reality.

Strategic Themes You'll Drive

The Infrastructure of Reasoning. Shift the organization from hard-coded logic to a dynamic orchestration model, providing the 'plumbing' that makes multi-step agentic tasks possible.

Contract-First Platform Development. Define the technical contracts that allow teams to consume AI capabilities in a self-serve, standardized manner.

Platform Efficiency & Scalability. Ensure the AI OS is built for enterprise scale, managing the balance between rapid innovation and the rigorous demands of global B2B environments.

What You'll Bring

People Leadership. Proven experience building and leading product teams. You know how to mentor senior PMs, manage performance, and create environments where technical builders thrive.

Technical Mastery. Deep, hands-on expertise with the modern AI stack. You’ve personally architected orchestration layers, developer platforms, or complex distributed systems at scale—not just sponsored the work.

Operating Rigor. You build operating rhythms that scale, drive clarity in ambiguous environments, and turn messy cross-team dependencies into clean execution.

Systems Thinking. You see the whole system—strategy, org, data, and execution—and know which lever to pull when something is stuck.

Experience. 8-10+ years in Product Management, with a focus on AI, Platform, or Infrastructure, including 3-5+ years of formal people management experience in a high-growth environment.

Why You’ll Love This Role

Impact: You are architecting the Foundational AI Operating System of 6sense—the underlying infrastructure that every other agentic workflow across the company relies on to function.

Innovation: You get to define the technical standards for agent orchestration and model routing at enterprise scale, solving infrastructure challenges most companies haven't even encountered yet.

Growth: Join a rocket ship, learn every day, and accelerate your career in a collaborative, high-energy environment.

Fun: We take our work seriously, but not ourselves. Expect GIFs, puns, and the occasional ABM meme.

Base Salary Range: $197,997.50 - $260,863.00.
